What ingredients will you need?
- 500 g salmon fillet;
- 1 kg of small potatoes;
- 2/3 tbsp. young green peas;
- 1 bay leaf.
For the sauce:
- 300 ml milk;
- 30 g unsalted butter;
- 25 g flour;
- 1 tbsp. l. dill, finely chopped, optional;
- 2 tbsp. l. soft cream cheese;
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard;
- sea salt and white pepper.
Step-by-step cooking process
- It is necessary to peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water with a bay leaf for about 10 minutes.
- Then you need to drain the liquid, remove the bay leaf and set aside the potatoes. It should be cooked, but not fall apart or too soft.
- While the potatoes are boiling, you need to preheat the oven to 200ºC.
- To prepare the cream sauce in a frying pan, heat the butter over low heat until melted, add the flour and stir quickly until the mixture thickens.
- Then you need to pour in a little milk, increase the heat and whisk the contents of the pan until the mixture thickens.
- After this, you need to add the remaining milk, cheese and mustard and continue whisking until the sauce thickens and begins to bubble, then remove from the heat, season to taste and add dill (if using), mix everything and set aside.
- Next, you need to place the potatoes in a deep form, put salmon and young peas cut into pieces on top and pour the sauce over everything, piercing the solid ingredients with a fork so that the sauce can get into the lower part of the container.

- 2 tbsp. l. garlic flavored olive oil;
- 4 salmon fillets with skin;
- sea salt and coarsely ground black pepper;
- 1 tbsp. l. unsalted butter;
- 3 cloves garlic, minced;
- 2 tbsp. cherry tomatoes, cut in half;
- 1 bag (180 g) baby spinach;
- 0.5 tbsp. 10-15% cream;
- 0.25 tbsp. grated parmesan cheese;
- 2 tbsp. l. chopped fresh basil;
- 1 tbsp. l. chopped fresh parsley.
Step-by-step cooking process
- Heat the olive oil in a large frying pan over moderate heat.
- Season the salmon fillets with sea salt and coarse pepper on each side and place in the pan, skin side up, and cook for 7-8 minutes, or until browned and about three-quarters done.
- Then you need to turn the fish over and cook for another 2 minutes, then transfer it to a plate.
- Next, add the butter to the frying pan and melt it over medium heat, put the garlic in it and fry for 1 minute.
- Then you need to add cherry tomatoes, pepper and salt, fry for 1-2 minutes. or until they begin to soften.
- After this, you need to put the spinach in the pan, mix everything and cook for 1 minute. or until spinach begins to soften.
- Next, you need to pour in the cream, add Parmesan cheese, basil and parsley, bring to a boil, turn down the heat to low and cook for 2 minutes.

- It is recommended to remove the salmon from the refrigerator approximately 15 minutes beforehand. before cooking to bring it to room temperature.
