We will need:

  • 350 g – shrimp
  • 250 g - squid
  • pepper (bitter) - 1/2
  • pepper (sweet) - 1/2
  • parsley (medium bunch)
  • red onion - medium onion
  • tomato - 1 piece (large)
  • salad (arugula or other) - 30-40 g
  • white wine vinegar - 1 tsp.
  • olive oil (can be sesame)
  • salt (sea), pepper - to taste
  • fresh cucumber - small
  • leek - half
  • sesame - 3 tbsp.

Cooking:

  1. Shrimp and squid need to be cleaned of films, excess removed and rinsed with water. Cut the squid into half rings.
  2. Boil water, add 0.5 teaspoon of soda (this will give the squid a beautiful white color and softness). Cook for 3-4 minutes. Drain through a colander and rinse.
  3. Cut the onion into half rings, add salt and mash a little so that the onion releases juice. Chop the greens and add to the onions.

We will need:

  • crab sticks (or crab meat) - 0.5 kg
  • squid – 350 g
  • potatoes - 1 piece (medium)
  • carrots - 1 piece (medium)
  • hard cheese - 150 gr
  • olive oil
  • lemon juice - 1 tsp.
  • dill - a small bunch
  • salt, pepper - to taste

Cooking:

  1. Clean and fill the squid with cold water and boil. When it boils, keep it for another half minute and remove from heat. Leave in water until cool. Then cut into cubes.

Be sure to put the shrimp in boiling water, otherwise they will lose their flavor. And don’t overcook them yet, otherwise they will become rubbery and stop being juicy.

Then drain the water through a colander and peel the shrimp from the shell. We tear off the head, the shell with legs and remove the tail, just press on it and pull it out. Don’t forget to make an incision on the bend of the shrimp and pull out the intestinal tract, thanks to this our dish will not be bitter.

Cut crab sticks into strips. If you have canned crab meat, it's best to use it.

Chop the egg whites finely; you can use the yolk for another salad.

It is better to make this salad in layers: squid, shrimp, crab meat, protein. And between them there is a thin layer of mayonnaise and caviar.

4. Divide the chicken egg into white and yolk and grate three, and leave the quail egg whole.

“Tsarskiy” salad with shrimps

You can prepare the Tsarsky salad, tasty and simple, with boiled shrimp. In this case, the composition is supplemented with crab sticks, instead of which you can take crab meat if possible, add boiled, cut into strips squid, lightly salted red fish, mussels or sea cocktail.

Ingredients:

  • shrimp – 200 g;
  • crab sticks – 300 g;
  • proteins – 6 pcs.;
  • red caviar – 100 g;
  • mayonnaise, greens.

Preparation

  1. The shrimp are boiled and dried.
  2. Cut crab sticks and whites of hard-boiled eggs into strips or cubes.
  3. Mix shrimp, eggs and crab sticks with caviar and mayonnaise.
  4. Transfer the salad to a salad bowl, season with herbs, and serve.

Salad with squid and green peas

Compound:

  • Squid – 300g
  • Brynza – 170g
  • Dill - bunch
  • Fresh cucumber – 1 pc.
  • Peas (canned) - to taste
  • Mayonnaise
  • Salt/pepper - to taste

Cooking:

  1. We clean the squid, wash it and boil it. Just a few minutes, otherwise the squid will become very tough. We cut into pods.
  2. Cut the cheese and cucumber as you like. It is desirable that the cutting shape be the same for all products.
  3. Mix all ingredients and add salt. Add peas. But be sure to taste it, as the cheese is already salty.
  4. Season with mayonnaise and place in a salad bowl.
