But personally, I prefer Mimosa salad with butter. Layered salad. To prepare it we will need:

  • 1 can of canned food in oil or its own juice (pink salmon is best)
  • Onions (1 small onion)
  • Butter
  • Cheese
  • 5 eggs
  • Mayonnaise

Mimosa salad with canned fish - classic recipe

The good thing about this salad is that it can be prepared both on weekdays and on holidays. It looks very appetizing, tastes great, and is easy to prepare. This recipe uses canned tuna, which works well. Layered, you can use a custom serving dish.

And how beautiful this design looks! Like fluffy brushes of silver acacia inflorescences, they lie on the white surface of the snow.

Required Products:

  • 2 cans of tuna;
  • 2 potatoes;
  • 2 carrots;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 1/2 onion;
  • 250 g mayonnaise;
  • salt pepper;
  • 20 g dill for decoration;

Preparation:

Step 1. Our vegetables have already been boiled and peeled. The eggs are hard-boiled and also shelled. We immediately begin laying the dish in layers. Place the molding ring on a flat plate.

The first layer is three potatoes, using a large-mesh grater. Flatten it with a fork. Salt and pepper a little. Draw a mayonnaise grid.

Step 2. Drain the juice from an open can of canned food. Mash the tuna pieces with a fork and transfer to the potatoes. Chop the onion into small cubes. Scatter it over the surface of the tuna and draw a mayonnaise mesh.

Grate the carrots and place them on the onion. We level and draw a grid. Using a fork, press down all the ingredients a little and spread the mayonnaise over the carrot layer.

Step 3. Separate the whites and yolks. Rub the whites with a fine grater and smooth out this layer nicely. Coat it well with mayonnaise. Carefully remove the ring.

Decorate with dill sprigs, sprinkle grated yolk next to them, creating an imitation of a living acacia flower.

Mimosa with saury, cheese and butter

Classic recipes for making mimosa can contain any canned fish. The main condition is that it must be in oil. I like it better with saury. The taste is rich and rich.

You can choose the one you like best. In any case, you will receive a dish that will take its rightful place on your holiday table.

What is necessary:

  • 2 cans of saury;
  • 7 small carrots;
  • 150 g cheese;
  • 7 eggs;
  • 1 onion;
  • 80 g butter;
  • 150 g mayonnaise;

How we will cook:

Step 1. Boil the eggs hard. Immediately put them in cold water.

A sharp change in temperature from hot to cold makes it easy and quick to peel eggs.

Step 2. Separate the whites from the yolks and grate them on a coarse grater. Place the whites on a flat plate as the first layer. We level it, add salt and cover it with a mesh of mayonnaise.

Step 3. Drain the oil from the canned fish and remove any hard bones, if any. Mash the pieces with a fork. Spread in an even layer on top of the whites.

Step 4. Finely chop the onion.

If your onion is bitter, pour boiling water over it for a few minutes.

Distribute the onion over the surface of the fish layer. Lightly press with a fork.

Step 5. Rub the next layer of butter. In order to get shavings, the oil must be kept in the refrigerator. Draw a thin mesh of mayonnaise on top of the oil.

Step 6. Next, place sequentially: cheese shavings, and carrots on top of them. And we draw a mayonnaise grid.

Step 7. Grate the yolks using a fine mesh grater. Rub the entire surface of the dish with yolk crumbs.

“Tender” salad with chicken and tomatoes

This salad is laid out in layers. They can decorate any holiday table. Everyone will like its taste, especially men who love meat so much!

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast – 1 pc.
  • Hard cheese – 200 gr.
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Cucumbers – 2 pcs.
  • Egg – 3 pcs.
  • Greens – 1 small bunch
  • Mayonnaise – 150 gr.
  • Spices to taste

Preparation:

  1. First you need to boil the chicken and eggs.
  2. Then cut the chicken into small pieces or strips and place a thin layer on a plate.
  3. Cut the cucumbers into the same pieces and place the next layer on the chicken. Spread the whole thing with mayonnaise on top.
  4. Then grate the eggs on a coarse grater and also place them in a layer on top.
  5. The cheese also needs to be grated and sprinkled on top of the eggs. Then coat it again with mayonnaise.
  6. Next, chop the tomatoes and place in the next layer. Coat the entire resulting salad with mayonnaise and sprinkle with finely chopped herbs, or decorate with yolk. Salad ready!

Salad recipe with canned pink salmon and cheese

This recipe is time-tested. To prepare it, you can take any canned fish. It is only important that it is in oil and not in tomato. Instead of butter we use cheese. To some extent, this will slightly reduce the calorie content of the dish. But it will still be nourishing and tender, and will delight you with its great taste.

Products:

  • 1 can of canned pink salmon;
  • 2 medium potatoes;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 1 boiled carrot;
  • 100 g cheese;
  • 50 g each of cream cheese and sour cream;
  • a bunch of green onions;
  • salt;

Preparation:

Grate potatoes, cheese, carrots with a fine grater. We also grate the eggs without separating the whites from the yolks. Take cream cheese and sour cream in equal proportions (for example, 2 tablespoons each) and mix in a separate container. Cut green onions into small rings.

Place the molding ring on a flat plate and place the first layer of carrots. Add some salt and apply light cream sauce patterns. Scatter a layer of green onions.

Apply the sauce and lay out the mashed pieces of pink salmon. Spread the potatoes with the sauce over the pink salmon and add a little salt. Scatter the next layer of egg crumbs and complete the culinary masterpiece - cheese shavings.

Carefully remove the ring. Decorate the dish with a rose made from boiled carrots. sprigs of dill.

Classic recipe for Mimosa with rice, egg and canned fish

This is a lighter version of the snack, since instead of potatoes, it contains boiled rice. It is lower in calories, but quite appetizing. Thanks to the changed composition of products, the taste of the dish opens up with new notes that are pleasant to the taste buds.

Products:

  • 250 g canned fish (sardine or saury);
  • 4 eggs;
  • 250 g boiled rice;
  • 150 g cheese;
  • 100 g butter;
  • 200 ml mayonnaise;
  • 1 onion;
  • sugar, salt;
  • 2 tbsp. l. apple cider vinegar;
  • cucumber, green onion (for decoration);

Cooking:

Prepare a marinade for onions from one teaspoon of sugar, a quarter of a spoon of salt and 2 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar. Pour the marinade over the finely chopped onion, add boiling water so that all the pieces are covered with the marinade. Stir and leave for 10-15 minutes.

We love it when dishes contain a lot of onions. But at the same time, its bitterness and pungency is always felt. Not all guests will like a dish with such flavor nuances.

Marinating removes these signs. The onion becomes tender in taste and the bitterness goes away.

Drain the juice from the canned food and mash the pieces with a fork. Separate the whites from the yolks. Grind the yolks and hard cheese into three fine graters, and the whites into a coarse grater.

Now we assemble the dish in layers, without a molding ring - just in a mound. Place a layer of boiled rice on a flat plate. Apply mayonnaise. Spread the fish, mashed with a fork, onto the rice and cover it with pickled onions. Apply a layer of sauce again.

Next come the whites under a thin layer of sauce. Rub a little butter directly onto this layer. Cover it with a lush layer of cheese shavings.

Pour mayonnaise generously over the cheese and spread it thoroughly over the entire surface. Using a spatula, we try to form a mound out of the salad mass. Sprinkle the culinary creation with grated yolk on top. Decorate the dish with thin cucumber half rings. It turns out very impressive.

Preparation:

  1. Finely chop the onion and place on a shallow plate. Then coat lightly with mayonnaise.

For my taste, the salad with apple and cheese is the most delicious version of all... Yes, and also a recipe with baked red fish. By adding an apple, the snack turns out to be very juicy, which eliminates the need for generous lubrication with mayonnaise. A barely noticeable fruity sourness appears in the dish, which makes it unique.

Required Products:

  • 200 - 250 g canned sardines in oil;
  • 4 eggs;
  • 4 medium sized potatoes;
  • 2-3 carrots;

A simple and delicious layered salad. Ready in just 20 minutes!

Ingredients:

  • Cod liver – 1 jar
  • Hard cheese 100 gr.
  • Egg – 2 pcs.
  • Potatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Green onions – 1 sprig
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.
  • Spices to taste

Preparation:

You need to boil the eggs and potatoes in advance. Cool and grate separately.

The cheese also needs to be grated.

Finely chop the onion.

Mash the cod liver with a fork.

Place potatoes on the bottom of the plate, then cod liver. Sprinkle with green onions, add vegetable oil, salt and pepper as desired.
