  • Butter 50 gr.
  • Mayonnaise 100 gr.
  • Greenery.
  • Lemon juice.

Cooking process:

  1. Remove the skins of boiled vegetables and peel boiled eggs. Chop the onion and marinate or scald it to remove bitterness and pungent odor.
  2. Grate carrots, potatoes and egg whites, peel the apple and cut into small pieces.
