Step by step recipe:

Boil any parts of the chicken in advance, cool slightly, and fillet it. Chop it into small cubes.

Unfold the pita bread and straighten it. Coat generously with mayonnaise. To ensure that the roll holds its shape well, I advise you to put more oni on the pita bread and also grease it with mayonnaise sauce. Then the filling is guaranteed not to fall out.

Grate one processed cheese. To ensure that the cheesecakes are easily grated and do not stick to the grater, I recommend freezing them first, placing them in the freezer for about a quarter of an hour. Distribute the cheese crumbs over the entire surface of the sheet. Help yourself with a knife, as if spreading the cheese mass.

Chop the dill and sprinkle cheese on top.

Cover the workpiece with the next sheet of thin pita bread. Press a little with your hands. Coat with mayonnaise again.

Lay out the chicken meat, distribute it evenly over the sheet, but leave a little space at the edges so that the meat does not fall out when eating. Salt this layer.

We cut the large pita bread so that we end up with four sheets. Place the first sheet on the table, fried skin side down. Lubricate the first layer with mayonnaise and sprinkle it with chopped herbs.


Let's move on to the next stage. Take the second sheet and place it on the previous layer. Then carefully grease it with mayonnaise and cover it with grated cheese.


Place the third sheet with a slight indentation and lay out the smoked chicken fillet. This layer does not need to be coated with mayonnaise.


We place the fourth sheet on top, not forgetting about the small indentation. Distribute Korean carrots over the entire surface.

There is no need to coat all layers of our roll with mayonnaise, as it will be very greasy.


When all the layers are prepared, we can start rolling the roll. It needs to be twisted from the bottom up, tightly, so that our dish does not fall apart. Place the wrapped roll in a bag and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. This time should be enough for the dish to soak through.

  • Mayonnaise – 90-100 gr.
  • Bay leaf, salt.

Step by step recipe:

Boil water in a saucepan and add the chicken legs. Add a couple of bay leaves and salt.

Cook until the meat is done for 25-30 minutes. Then remove from the pan and cool.

At the same time, set the eggs to boil. After cooling them, clean them. Rub with coarse shavings.

Grind the nut kernels into crumbs using a blender or rolling pin.

Place the mayonnaise in a bowl and add a crushed clove of garlic.

Chop the cooled chicken into small cubes or separate into fibers.

Grate a piece of hard cheese using a large-mesh grater.

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut one onion into cubes and fry until soft. Add the mushrooms chopped with a knife and cook everything together until the liquid evaporates.

For now, transfer the contents of the frying pan to a plate, and in the same frying pan fry the second onion, diced. Add minced meat, salt to taste and your favorite spices, cook until the minced meat is fully cooked, breaking up all the lumps with a spatula in the process.

At the very end, pour in the tomato juice and simmer everything together for a couple more minutes. The filling is ready.
