Turkey roll - recipe with bacon
A great recipe for holidays and everyday meals. If you take a closer look at the recipe for making a roll, you will understand that there is nothing complicated.
Take:
- Turkey breast.
- Raw smoked bacon – 150 gr.
- Egg.
- Sour cream - a large spoon.
- Cottage cheese - the same amount.
- Bell pepper – 1 pc.
- Green onions - feather.
- Italian herbs - teaspoon.
- Salt.
Step by step recipe:
Carefully cut the breast meat in several places, as in the photo, and unfold it to form a rectangular layer of fillet.
Cover the meat with cling film and pound it a little with a mallet.
Season the chop with salt and an Italian mixture of herbs. Turn the workpiece over and do the same.
Cut off the top of the sweet pepper and remove the seeds.
Make the pepper filling. Boil the egg in advance and cool. Chop into small cubes.
Add sour cream, cottage cheese, add salt to the filling, stir.
Stuff the peppers with curd and sour cream filling.
Place the peppers on the edge of the fillet.
Wrap it in a roll, as in the photo. If the filling is visible, cover the fillet.
Wrap the turkey roll in bacon strips.
Place on a sheet of foil and wrap to ensure there are no holes. Place on a baking sheet.
Send the roll to bake at 200 o C. Cooking time 45 minutes.
A quarter of an hour before the timer signal, remove the dish from the oven and open the foil. Return to the oven to crisp up the top of the roll. Save the foil sides so you don't lose any juices.

How to make Turkey Bacon and Cheese Roll
Wash the turkey fillet well and dry it. Now we need to cut it a little and then beat it to wrap it into a roll. To do this, we cut it horizontally (not all the way) and unfold it to form a large layer. Beat with a hammer, but not too hard so as not to tear the tender fillet.
Sprinkle the resulting layer with pepper and just a little of your favorite seasonings, and grease with mustard.
Then place thin slices of bacon and ham on top of the mustard, alternating them.
Using a fork, spread the cream cheese. Cut some of the hard cheese into small cubes and spread it over the entire surface of the layer, and some into long cubes, which we place on one edge of the future roll.
We roll our layer of meat into a roll and put on a special net. If you don’t have it, then wrap the roll with regular thread.
Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, I added the vegetables and left them to bake all together for an hour and a half.
Ground turkey roll baked in the oven

- Minced turkey – 600 gr.
- Bell pepper.
- Cream 10% - 150 ml.
- Semolina - a handful.
- Olives - ½ jar.
- Dill - several sprigs.
- Poultry seasonings, ground pepper, salt.
How to cook:
- Place the minced meat in a bowl, add a little semolina, salt, seasonings, and pepper. Mix well, leave for half an hour so that the cereal has time to swell. As a result, the minced meat should become quite dense and will hold its shape.
- Cut out the seed box from the sweet pepper. Chop the pulp into cubes. Cut the olives into rings. Chop the dill sprigs into crumbs.
- Place in the prepared minced meat, mix thoroughly again, distributing the ingredients throughout the meat.
- Form into a thick sausage, approximately 7-8 centimeters in diameter.
- Place on foil and wrap.
- Place on the middle level of the oven, preheated to 180 o C. Turn on the timer for 30-40 minutes, depending on the power of your oven.

- Hard cheese - 50 gr.

- Garlic - 2-3 cloves

- Frozen loaf - 1/2 pcs
- Flour - 100 gr.
Vegetable oil - for frying

- Cooking time: 90 minutes;

Cooking method:
- We cut the bird's breast into slices 0.5 cm thick and beat it through the film with a rolling pin. Salt and pepper the resulting fillet pieces and coat with garlic crushed through a press.
- Cut the tomatoes into slices. Place two slices of tomatoes on each piece of fillet. Cut the cheese into cubes. Place 6 cheese slices on top of the tomatoes.
- Wrap the filled fillet in rolls. Grate the frozen loaf on a coarse grater. Beat the eggs with salt with a fork. Add salt to the flour and mix.
- Bread the filled rolls in flour (shake off any excess), then dip in the egg. And the grated frozen loaf completes the breading.

A popular version of turkey fillet meatloaf. For cooking, use frozen or fresh mushrooms. If you don’t find any, use regular champignons or oyster mushrooms.
We take:
- Turkey fillet – 1 kg.
- Cheese – 100 gr.
- Mushrooms – 400 gr.
- Bacon - 50 gr.
- Lemon.
- Soy sauce – 40 ml.
- Butter – 30 gr.
- Flour - a tablespoon.
- Basil – 2 sprigs.
- Salt, seasonings to taste.
Preparation:
- Rub a piece of cheese with coarse shavings. Rinse the mushrooms, dry them slightly, cut into cubes.
- Fry the sliced mushrooms in a frying pan with a splash of oil. When the mushroom juice has completely evaporated, add flour and stir quickly.
- Pour in soy sauce and lemon juice. Simmer until the mushrooms are ready. Season with pepper and salt as you go.
- Rinse the fillet, cut in several places, and unfold to create an even layer of meat.
- Beat it a little, covering it with film to prevent splashes.
- Season the fillet with spices on both sides.
- Place bacon strips on the meat and sprinkle with grated cheese.

- Boil the eggs hard and then peel them. Make minced turkey fillet. Place the minced meat on the film, then lay out the green beans, and then the eggs, one after the other in one line.
- Then roll it into a roll, put it in the refrigerator and freeze it a little so that it holds its shape.

Homemade turkey roll with mushrooms
A simple version of a quick oven roll, with onions and sour cream.
Ingredients:
- Thigh or breast fillet – 600 gr.
- Mushrooms (champignons) – 500 gr.
- Onion – 2 heads.
- Sour cream – 3 large spoons.
- Sunflower oil, salt.
How to do:
- Chop the onions into small cubes. Place in a frying pan in hot oil. Fry until slightly translucent.
- Cut the mushrooms into slices. Send to the onion. Fry until all the liquid has evaporated and the mushrooms are browned. Add salt at the end.
- Wash the fillet and be sure to dry it with a paper towel. Beat it a little, giving it a rectangular shape.
- Place the meat on a sheet of foil and generously coat with sour cream.
- Spread the mushroom filling in an even layer.
- Roll the fillet into a roll, secure the edges with toothpicks or tie with cooking thread.
- Bake in the oven for an hour at a temperature of 200 o C.

- turkey fillet - 700 g;
- feta - 150 gr;
- cheddar cheese - 150 gr;
- sage - 4 sprigs;
- vegetable oil;
- salt.

Cooking method:
- Cut a piece of fillet in half (if yours is similar to mine). And cut each half lengthwise into thin pieces (no thicker than 1 cm). We place each piece between two pieces of cling film and beat it thoroughly so that the fillet becomes 5 mm thick.
- Finely grate three cheddar (by the way, it can be replaced with another semi-hard cheese, Russian, for example) and mix with feta. Chop 5-6 sage leaves very finely. Add chopped sage to the cheese and stir.
- Place the cheese filling (1–2 tbsp) on the edge of a piece of fillet and roll it into a roll. We tie the roll with kitchen thread (or you can pin it with toothpicks). Salt. (We didn’t salt them inside, because feta is salty enough on its own, and the cheddar is not bland).
- Place the rolls in a frying pan heated with vegetable oil and place sage leaves on top, pressing lightly on them so that they stick. Fry until golden brown, 3-4 minutes on each side.
- Then place the rolls in a baking dish. When frying in a frying pan, the cheese will melt slightly and begin to flow out. It's okay - I put it on top of the rolls in the form. Place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20 minutes to finish cooking. Serve with your favorite side dish. Delicious even cold. Bon appetit!
Delicious egg roll
Any roll with egg filling looks great on a holiday table, so housewives often include it in the holiday menu.
We take:
- Turkey fillet – 1.4 kg.
- Cheese – 100 gr.
- Eggs – 3 pcs.
- Spinach – 200 gr.
- Soy sauce - 3 large spoons.
- Butter – 25 gr.
- Vegetable oil, poultry seasonings, salt.
Cooking technology:
- Chop the spinach and sauté it in a frying pan in butter. Salt it a little.
- In a separate bowl, beat the eggs, pour in the soy sauce, and add the finely grated cheese. Mix well.
- Fry the mixture into an omelette and cool slightly.
- Make a rectangle out of the poultry fillet (I told you how to do this above).
- Cut the breast, unfold it, making a rectangle. Beat a little, covering with film.
- Place the spinach filling on the fillet and carefully place the omelette on top. Carefully twist the layer into a roll shape.
- Place in a heatproof dish. Sprinkle with seasonings and brush with soy sauce.
- Wrap the semi-finished roll in foil. Tie with thread. Cook at 180°C, set to medium. Baking time 1 hour 15 minutes.
- After removing the foil, return the workpiece to the oven. Finish cooking by leaving the roll for another 30 minutes.
Turkey rolls with mushrooms
Ingredients:
- 500 gr. turkey fillet (2 pieces of internal fillet);
- 200 gr. fresh champignons;
- 1 onion;
- 1/2 red bell pepper (or 1 small);
- salt, ground black pepper - to taste;
- 2 tbsp. l. flour;
- 1 tbsp. l. sesame;
- vegetable oil.
General information:
- Cooking time: 110 minutes;
- Number of servings 4.
Cooking method:
- Wash the champignons and cut into slices. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the champignons until all the liquid has evaporated. Finely chop the onion, add to the mushrooms and fry everything together until golden brown.
- Cut the bell pepper into cubes and fry with mushrooms and onions until the pepper becomes soft. Add salt and pepper during frying. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the filling to cool.
- Cover the turkey fillet with film and beat it, carefully so as not to tear it. Season the chopped fillet with salt and pepper, and spread the filling over the entire surface.
- Roll the fillet into a roll. Do the same with the second fillet. Mix flour and sesame seeds, bread the rolled turkey rolls in this mixture and put them in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan and fry the rolls on all sides. Then transfer them to a baking dish. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and bake the rolls for 25–30 minutes. Juicy, delicious turkey rolls are ready. Bon appetit!
Turkey roll with prunes and nuts
An original roll worthy of a festive table. Guests will be delighted and will certainly ask for the recipe.
Compound:
- Thigh or breast fillet – 1 kg.
- Prunes (pitted) – 100 gr.
- Champignons – 100 gr.
- Carrot – 1 pc.
- Cheese – 50 gr.
- Mayonnaise – 4 large spoons.
- Ginger powder – ½ small spoon.
- Vegetable oil – 3 tablespoons.
- Ground pepper, salt.
Bake:
- Steam the prunes in advance by pouring boiling water over them. After rinse, drain the liquid. Be sure to dry thoroughly using a paper towel. Cut into strips.
- Grate the cheese with coarse shavings.
- Rinse the turkey, cut, and unwrap the fillet. Like a book. Beat the meat thoroughly, covering it with cling film, like a chop. Sprinkle with seasonings.
- Slice the champignons and grate the carrots. Fry the mushrooms, adding carrot shavings, adding salt and pepper as you go. Then refrigerate the filling.
- Add prunes to mushrooms and stir. Add grated cheese and mayonnaise. Stir again.
- Place the filling on the poultry fillet and smooth it out.
- Form a roll, tie it, securing it securely.

- We prepare all the necessary products according to the list. To make it convenient for us to cut meat, we take a very sharp knife. Cut the breast along the grain into thin slices. Their thickness should not exceed 7 mm - if it turns out even thinner, then great. Lightly beat each slice with a kitchen hammer on both sides, add salt and pepper to taste. - Walnuts – 70 gr.
- Spinach (can be frozen) – 50 gr.
- Bell pepper – ½ part.
- Rosemary – 4 sprigs.
- Paprika, thyme - a teaspoon each.
- Oregano, black pepper - ½ teaspoon each.
- Grainy mustard - 3 large spoons.
- Sugar - a small spoon.
- Salt – a pinch.
- Vegetable oil – 4 tablespoons.
How to cook:
- Chop the spinach and cut the flesh of the sweet pepper into cubes. Chop the walnuts.
- Mix all the seasonings listed in the recipe in a bowl, pour in vegetable oil.
- Cut the meat from the thigh, unfold it, flatten it, beat it a little so that the layer becomes even in thickness.
- Brush both sides with the seasoning mixture and leave to marinate on the counter for a quarter of an hour.
