150 g of minced meat, 100 g of cheese, 1 onion, 3 eggs, 4 potatoes, 1 clove of garlic, 2 tbsp.

After you've coated the eggplant slices with salt and left them in a warm place for thirty minutes, rinse off the remaining salt and let the vegetables dry.

  • squid – 10-15 carcasses (medium)
  • vegetable oil for frying
  • black peppercorns - for eyes
  • mayonnaise or Dijon sauce

For minced meat:

  • rice – 100-150 gr
  • champignons – 15-20 pcs
  • eggs – 3-5 pcs
  • onion – 1 pc.
  • carrots – 1 pc.
  • mayonnaise (or any other sauce)

Preparation:

1. Clean the squid. Place in boiling water for a couple of seconds. Carefully cut off the tentacles, they will be useful to us later.

2. Prepare minced meat. Cook and cool the rice. Boil and cut eggs into cubes. Chop onions and carrots.

3. Cut the champignons into small plates. Fry onions, carrots and mushrooms in oil.

4. Add eggs and rice to them. Mix. Mix with mayonnaise or other sauce.

5. Cooking “piglets”. Fill the squid carcasses with prepared minced meat.

6. Make small cuts in place of the ears and eyes. Place a peppercorn in the eyes. Cut out triangles from the tentacles and attach ears to the “piglets”. Make tails from the thinnest tentacles.

  • half a kilogram of champignons;
  • half a glass of any white wine;
  • two tablespoons of homemade sour cream;

  • a slice of butter;
  • half a clove of garlic;

Wash the mushrooms, peel them, then cut them into as thin slices as possible. After melting the butter in a frying pan, pour the mushrooms into it, add salt and fry for two to three minutes, then add the prepared wine and simmer for another fifty minutes with the lid closed. Crush a clove of garlic with a knife, add it to the dish, sprinkle with spices and mix the resulting mixture well.

  2. Combine both types of minced meat and onion, add salt and pepper. Stir with your hands.
  3. Form the minced meat into patties, flatten them between your palms and place on a baking sheet or in a fireproof dish.
  4. Cut the tomatoes into thin circles or semicircles and place them on the minced meat.
  5. Cover the tomatoes with mayonnaise and sprinkle with grated cheese.
  6. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees, place the workpiece in it. Bake for about 40 minutes until the minced meat is cooked through.
