Ingredients for cooking:

  • red pepper – 3 pcs.;
  • feta cheese – approximately 150 g;

  • chicken liver - 200 g;
  • fresh onion - 1 green bunch;
  • butter – 50 g;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • garlic – 3 cloves;
  • sour cream – 100 g.

How to cook:

  1. Bake the pepper in advance in the oven at 180 degrees, peel it and remove all the seeds;
  2. fry the onion until golden brown, boil the chicken liver, cut it into small pieces, chop the cheese into cubes;
  3. place all this on one half of the baked pepper;
  4. roll the dish into a roll and tie it with green onions doused with boiling water;
  5. Grease the bottom of the mold in which you will bake the delicacy with oil and lay out the fried onion rings;
  6. sprinkle everything with garlic passed through a press;
  7. Place the prepared rolls on top;
  8. mix lemon juice (1 citrus fruit) with 100 ml of water;
  9. pour the liquid evenly over the workpieces;
  10. Bake the rolls for 15 minutes at 180 degrees in the oven;
  11. Garnish the finished dish with sesame seeds or finely chopped herbs.
