  3. Boil the eggs hard, peel them, cut them into medium cubes, since the yolk is always fragile and falls apart in the salad. There is no need to crush the eggs too much, otherwise they will get lost in the salad.
  4. We begin to assemble the salad into a single composition. Take the cooking ring. Place the first layer of pieces of boiled beef. Pour a thin layer of mayonnaise over it. Following the meat, place the pickled cucumber squares. Squeeze the garlic onto them through a press. A small layer of mayonnaise will highlight the taste of cucumbers with garlic. Then distribute the egg cubes and add a little salt. Drizzle with mayonnaise.

Ingredients:

  • 400 gr. boiled beef
  • 200 gr. hard cheese
  • 4−6 pickled cucumbers (200−250 gr.)
  • 4−5 boiled eggs
  • 100 gr. walnuts (1 tbsp.)

Dressing sauce:

  • 100 gr. sour cream
  • 100 gr. mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp. lemon juice
  • ½ tsp. ready mustard
  • 2−3 cloves garlic
  • salt, pepper to taste
  1. Method of preparation:
    First, prepare the salad dressing.
  2. Place sour cream, mayonnaise in a larger bowl, pour in lemon juice, add mustard and finely grated garlic. Lightly add the dressing and sprinkle with freshly ground pepper. Mix everything well and the salad dressing is ready.
  3. Cut the pre-boiled and cooled beef into thin strips or cubes.
  4. Since the salad is layered, we put all the products in a separate bowl. Next, cut the pickled cucumbers into thin strips. For this salad, pickled rather than pickled cucumbers are better suited.
  5. Then grate the cheese on a coarse grater and transfer it to a separate bowl. Cool the boiled chicken eggs, peel them and also grate them on a coarse grater.
  6. All that remains is to prepare the nuts. Chop the nuts, pre-fried in a dry frying pan, into large pieces with a knife.
  7. Add a little dressing to the chopped meat and mix well.
  8. All products are prepared, let's start assembling the salad.
  9. We decorate the dish on which we will serve it with lettuce leaves and install a split ring.
  10. We lay out the chopped beef as the first layer, do not compact the layers too much, just level them a little. Spread grated cheese over the meat and lightly brush with sauce.
  11. We lay out the next layer of chopped cucumbers; if they have released juice, it must be drained. Top the cucumbers with salad dressing and lay out the grated eggs. Apply the remaining sauce to the egg layer and add chopped nuts.
  12. Distribute the nuts over the entire surface of the salad and place them in the refrigerator for at least half an hour. Before serving, carefully remove the cooking ring and serve.

Prince salad with chicken

Ingredients:

  • 200−250 g boiled chicken meat
  • 3 boiled eggs
  • 200 g pickled cucumbers
  • 2 medium cloves of garlic
  • 100 g shelled walnuts
  • natural yogurt and mayonnaise for dressing
  • lettuce leaves for decoration

Cooking method:

We separate the boiled chicken meat into fibers, not too thin.

Three pickled cucumbers on a coarse grater. If the skin is hard, it is better to peel it, but small cucumbers, as a rule, can be grated whole. Then mix the cucumbers with garlic, passed through a press. Also three eggs on a coarse grater. Fry the peeled walnuts in a frying pan, stirring all the time, as they burn easily. Then we chop them with a knife. Prince salad with chicken is laid out on a plate in layers in the following order: lettuce leaves, chicken, cucumbers with garlic, eggs, nuts.

Salad with pork and green peas

Ingredients:

  • smoked pork - 300 g;
  • canned green peas - 200 g;
  • Korean carrots - 100 g;

  • mayonnaise - 5 tbsp. l.;
  • dill - 1 bunch;
  • cheddar cheese - 100 g;
  • ground coriander - 1 tsp.

  1. Hand-disassemble the smoked pork ham into small equal pieces.
  2. Open a can of green peas, drain the contents in a colander, and let the brine drain.
  3. Peel the onion, cut off the ends, chop finely.
  4. Grate the cheese into large strips using a grater. Rinse the dill with cold running water and chop.
  5. Combine the prepared ingredients of the dish, season with mayonnaise, add ground coriander. Sprinkle the salad with cheese before serving.

Black Prince salad with chicken and prunes

Ingredients:

  • chicken legs 2 pcs.
  • eggs 4 pcs.
  • onion 1 pc.
  • processed cheese 100g.
  • prunes 100 gr.
  • Mayonnaise 200 gr.
  • walnuts 80 gr.
  • Sugar 1 tbsp. l.
  • Vinegar 1 tbsp. l.
  • salt to taste
  • ground black pepper to taste

Cooking method:

  • 1 Fry the walnuts in a frying pan without oil until golden brown, so they become tastier and crunchier. Let cool. Boil the chicken legs with bay leaf, salt and black peppercorns in a saucepan until tender. Remove from the broth and cool.
  • 2 Cut the red onion into quarter rings. Prepare the marinade. For 1 part vinegar, take 2 parts hot boiled water. Add sugar. Pour the prepared hot marinade over the onions. Insist, covered, until completely cooled. When the marinade has cooled, drain the water and squeeze the onion. You can keep it in the marinade for several hours, the taste will be more intense.
  • 3 Wash the prunes, soak them in water for several hours, squeeze them out, and cut them into strips. Set aside 2 to garnish the salad.
  • 4 Keep the processed cheese in the freezer for about 20 minutes. This makes it easier to grate them. Rub through large holes.
  • 5 Grind the cooled nuts. Separate the chicken meat from the bones and skin and cut into cubes.
  • 6 Let's start assembling the salad. The first layer is chicken. Sprinkle with salt to taste and ground black pepper (optional, if the meat needs it after cooking in the broth). Since pickled onions are quite juicy, you don’t have to grease the chicken with mayonnaise, but cover the onion layer with it.
  • 7 The next layer is prunes and mayonnaise. Then coarsely grate the yolks of hard-boiled eggs. You can add salt (optional). The next layer is coarsely grated whites.
  • 8 Then lay out a layer of processed cheese. Carefully trim the future salad and cover with a thin layer of mayonnaise. Sprinkle the salad with chopped nuts and decorate at your discretion.

Cooking method:

  1. Wash the meat, beat it, cut it into thin strips and fry in vegetable oil until cooked.
  2. Wash the carrots, peel and grate on a coarse grater.
  3. Peel the onion and cut into rings.
  4. Sauté onions and carrots a little in vegetable oil.
  5. Cool the meat and vegetables, mix, add crackers, salt, pepper and mix well.
  6. Add pressed garlic to the mayonnaise and season the salad. Mix everything well again and place in a salad bowl.
  7. Chop walnuts and sprinkle on top of the salad.

Prince salad with chicken and mushrooms

Ingredients:

  • Chicken fillet 500 g
  • Hard cheese 250 g
  • Canned champignons 250 g
  • Egg 2 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise 100 g
  • Parsley to taste
  • Spices to taste
  • Roots to taste
  • Salt, pepper to taste

Cooking method:

  1. Pour one and a half liters of water into the pan, place the washed fillet. After boiling, add salt, peppercorns, parsley and celery roots - this will give the finished meat a special aroma and taste. Cook the chicken until done, about 15-20 minutes.
  2. Remove the finished fillet, cool, and cut into small cubes. Transfer to a salad bowl.
  3. Boil the eggs and grate on a coarse grater, or cut into small cubes.
  4. Cut the cheese into thin cubes, no larger than meat pieces. Hard and semi-hard cheeses, such as “Dutch” or “Russian”, are ideal for the salad.
  5. Open the jar of champignons, pour out the brine, and cut the mushrooms into small slices.
  6. Place all prepared ingredients: eggs, cheese and mushrooms into a salad bowl with the chicken.
  7. Salt the salad with mushrooms and chicken, pepper it, season it with mayonnaise, and garnish with curly parsley leaves.

Princess salad with beef and prunes

Ingredients:

  • 200 g boiled beef;
  • 1 apple;
  • 2 eggs;
  • 50 g hard cheese;
  • 30 g hazelnuts;
  • 50 g prunes;
  • salt, mayonnaise to taste.

  1. So, the first layer is an apple. Peel the skin, grate it, squeeze out the juice a little and place it on the bottom of the salad bowl. We remember that the apple contains a lot of iron, which oxidizes quite quickly in air, so if you want not just a tasty salad, but also a presentable one, immediately after grating, mix the apple with a couple of spoons of lemon juice, this will prevent darkening.
  2. Cover the apples with a thin layer of mayonnaise.
  3. Grate eggs on top of the apple (or cut into cubes - depending on your mood). A little mayonnaise again.
  4. Next - meat: thin strips, slices or cubes, as you like. Immediately - prunes into strips. And finely chopped nuts. Cover with mayonnaise. And grate the cheese.
  5. Princess salad with prunes is ready, you can decorate it as desired.

Salad with meat, mushrooms and croutons

Ingredients:

  • beef (boiled) 170 g
  • onion 1 pc.
  • semi-hard cheese 100 g
  • crackers 1 pack.
  • mushrooms 100 g
  • mayonnaise 3 tbsp. l.

  1. Method of preparation:
    To prepare a spicy meat salad with mushrooms and crackers, we will prepare all the ingredients we need. Peel the onion and wash it.
  2. In a deep bowl, cut the boiled beef against the grain into small cubes 1x1 cm. In the same way, cut the hard cheese and add to the beef.
  3. Cut the pickled mushrooms in half if they are small, and into slices if they are large. Add mushrooms to meat and cheese.
  4. Chop the onion very finely and add to the salad. Season the dish with a small amount of mayonnaise and mix thoroughly.
  5. Let the salad sit for 30 minutes, then cool and place on serving plates. Sprinkle croutons on top just before serving to guests. Decorate the dish with finely chopped herbs.
