Ingredients.
- Beef tenderloin - 350 g.
- Marinated champignons - 300 g.
- Sunflower oil - 4 tbsp. l.
- Onion - 2 pcs.
- Hard cheese - 150 g.
- Bulgarian - 1 pc.
- Spices (salt and pepper) - to taste.
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp. l.
- Ground coriander - ¼ tsp.
Cooking instructions.
- Wash the tenderloin and dry it.
- Cut into strips and fry in oil until cooked.
- Place in a colander for 15 minutes.
- Peel the onion heads and cut into cubes.
- Fry in the same oil until golden brown.
- Remove excess oil by placing in a sieve.
- Drain the liquid from the mushrooms and cut into quarters.
- Rinse the Bulgarian, wipe with a napkin, cut into cubes.
- Grate the cheese.
- Place the ingredients on a plate.
- Season with salt, pepper, and coriander.
- Pour over the sauce.

How to prepare a salad with boiled beef and vegetables
We wash the beef meat in cold water, cut off the membranes and boil it until tender. To make the meat juicy and rich, it is better to put it in already boiling water, otherwise we will simply cook a rich broth. Remove the finished meat from the broth to cool. Cut it into oblong strips.
It is better to take sweet peppers that are large, juicy and very meaty. We clean out the centers and cut them into strips. We cut fresh cucumbers in the same way.
Cut the tomatoes into slices and cut out the green centers.
Now you should prepare a delicious, aromatic dressing. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press. Add soy sauce and balsamic vinegar. Add sunflower oil without aroma here, add salt and sugar. Mix the aromatic dressing.
We put all the prepared products in one salad bowl and season with sauce.
Place in a salad bowl and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
