Pancakes like crepes are a kids' dream! My grandchildren generally adore pancakes, and the ones with crispy edges cause incredible delight in the little ones: it is these edges that they gnaw right away, and only then proceed to the middle.

Another beauty of crepes is their versatility. The recipe initially assumes the presence of additives. The thing is that crepes are prepared without a gram of sugar. That is, crepes are a basic dish that can be used both for desserts and for snacks. True, the crepes themselves are swept off the plate before I even have time to cook even a dozen.

I especially like poppy seed crepes. Poppy seeds add a pleasant flavor to pancakes. And in appearance, such flatbreads seem more appetizing. In addition, poppy is a neutral additive. These crepes can be wrapped with mushroom filling or served with a sweet sauce.

Classic recipe for sweet French pancakes “L'Amour”

This is the basic recipe. It can be slightly modified and get a new taste each time. But these particular pancakes are best served with sweet sauce, honey or confiture. The product is quite high in calories, so it is recommended to eat it in moderation and preferably in the first half of the day. This way, you can enjoy pancakes without consequences for your figure. But if it happened that you could not tear yourself away from them in time, then the fold on your stomach can be removed in the gym.

These products are enough to feed 8 people:

  • 100-gram stack of flour with a slide;
  • a couple of tablespoons of butter;
  • three 100-gram shots of milk;
  • a pair of chicken eggs;
  • a little sugar;
  • a pinch of salt.

It will take you a little over an hour to prepare the dish:

  1. Pour flour into a clean, dry bowl. Make a hole in the center and break the egg and yolk from the second egg into it.
  2. Pour in a third of the milk.
  3. Using a whisk, begin to slowly stir in the milk-egg mixture and flour. You need to bring the dough to the consistency of whipped cream.
  4. Place the butter in the microwave for a minute. You just need to melt it, but not heat it. Stir it into the dough.
  5. Pour in the remaining milk. Beat.
  6. Cover with a lid and refrigerate for at least half an hour. This proofing will make the pancakes airy.
  7. Heat a frying pan, grease it with any odorless fat and bake pancakes in it.

Sweet thin French pancakes “Le charme”

In French coffee shops, it is customary to serve this dish with whipped cream and fresh fruit. This combination is a real charm, however, that’s how the name of this recipe is translated. Prepare them for Valentine's Day and please your other half. This will be an excellent recognition of your feelings and a promise of a sweet future life. And what could be better than two loving hearts? Your action will be appreciated, and the reward for it will be beyond all praise.

These products are enough to feed 10 people:

  • a mug with a small pile of flour;
  • 80 gram piece of butter;
  • 5 small eggs;
  • 100 gram shot of granulated sugar;
  • about 5 grams of dry yeast;
  • a tablespoon of honey;
  • a quarter cup of vegetable oil;
  • a pinch of salt and vanilla.

It will take you about half an hour to prepare the dish:

  1. Beat the eggs into a deep bowl. Add sugar and salt here. Stir until smooth.
  2. Place the butter in a small plate and melt in the microwave. If it is overheated, then it needs to be cooled.
  3. Combine with the previous mixture. Beat.
  4. Add honey and vanillin. Mix thoroughly and intensively.
  5. Pour in warm milk. Mix.
  6. Pass the flour through a sieve a couple of times and add yeast to it.
  7. Combine the two mixtures. As a result, the consistency of the dough should resemble store-bought low-fat sour cream.
  8. Bake in a frying pan, which must first be heated and greased with odorless fat.
