Step 1
To systematize the work process, collect all the ingredients, measure out the required amount and place it in front of you on the work surface.

To prepare the dressing you will need chicken eggs, corn starch, sifted flour, light mayonnaise and low-fat sour cream, as well as salt, ground pepper (optional) and baking powder. From your inventory, take a deep container and a mixer, and you can also use a whisk or fork.

Step 3
Break 4 eggs into a deep plate and mix. Add equal amounts of mayonnaise and sour cream and beat thoroughly with a mixer until a homogeneous consistency is obtained. This is the liquid part of the dressing.

The dry portion of the dressing includes wheat flour, cornstarch and half a teaspoon of baking powder. Mix all ingredients together so that the baking powder is evenly distributed.

The final part of forming the dressing is to combine the liquid egg base with the bulk flour. Gradually add the dry component into the mixture, beating with a mixer at low speed. Make sure that there are no lumps in the finished mixture.

Take half a head of cabbage and finely chop it; this can be done using a knife or a special grater.
The main thing is to make the vegetable slices approximately the same thickness, otherwise they will not bake evenly and the cabbage will crunch in places.

Add salt to the shredded cabbage, mix thoroughly and lightly crush the slices with your hands so that they release the juice and slightly decrease in volume.

Wash green onions and herbs, such as dill. Remove excess moisture, get rid of dry twigs or yellowed feathers. Finely chop the greens. Set aside one green onion for presentation.

Add the greens to the chopped white cabbage and mix well. Take a baking dish (no need to grease it with anything), place the cabbage with herbs, spreading it over the surface so that there is no slide. Then take a spoon and use it to pour the previously prepared dressing over the cabbage. Do not pour the sauce directly from the container, as this may cause the liquid to be unevenly distributed.

Step 10
Take hard cheese and make 6-7 thin slices of the same size. Place the pieces on top of the workpiece in the form of a fan, and also do not forget to close the middle. Send the form to bake in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for half an hour. You can judge readiness by the golden brown crust of the cheese and its thick consistency (the liquid should evaporate and thicken).
