- After the cabbage has settled, you need to salt and season it with pepper, mix well and fry until tender.
- Cut the lavash into small pieces of equal size.
- Spread the vegetable filling evenly onto each piece and then roll it into rolls.
- We cut all the resulting rolls into fragments, equal in height to the side of the mold. Then we place all the pieces as tightly as possible into the mold.

Ingredients:
- White cabbage (small) - 0.5 heads

Cabbage pie with chicken in the oven
- Kefir – 200 ml;
- Chicken eggs – 2 pieces;
- Bran – 10-15 g;
- Soda and sugar - 1 teaspoon each;
- Corn oil – 50 ml;
- Wheat flour – 170 g;
- Sesame – 1 tablespoon;
- Salt - a quarter of a teaspoon.
For filling
- Cabbage – 250 g;
- Chicken fillet – 150-170 g;
- Greens and salt - to taste.
Preparation:
- Chop the young cabbage. Mash well with a knife. If the cabbage is old, you need to stew it a little.
- Cut the boiled chicken fillet into small cubes. Add cabbage and any greens (parsley, dill). Add some salt.
- Whisk the eggs and kefir together. Add sugar and salt. Pour in some sunflower oil. Add baking soda.
- Sift the wheat flour. Combine with bran. If you don’t like bran, you can put flour instead.
- Combine bran and egg mass. Knead the dough with a whisk. The mixture should become homogeneous.
- Line a metal pan with baking parchment. Grease the surface with vegetable oil. The diameter of the mold should be 20 cm.
- Pour half of the batter into the pan. Spread the filling evenly onto the surface. Press down lightly. Then pour in the rest of the dough.
- If desired, sprinkle the surface of the flour product with sesame seeds. Bake the cabbage pie in the oven for 40 minutes at 180 degrees.
- A sign of readiness will be a golden crust on the surface of the baked goods. Another way to check is to pierce the dough with a wooden stick - a match or a toothpick. It should remain dry.
Cabbage pie with minced meat and vegetables without dough
Ingredients:
- 1 onion;
- 2 cloves of garlic;
- 1 bell pepper;
- 2 tomatoes;
- 600 g minced meat (you can use any kind);
- 50 g rice;
- several sprigs of parsley;
- a pinch of ground nutmeg;
- a pinch of cumin;
- salt - to taste;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- 200 ml vegetable or meat broth;
- 1 head of cabbage;
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil;
- 100 g hard cheese.
Cooking:
- Chop the onion and garlic. Finely chop the pepper. Peel the tomatoes and grate them. Mix the minced meat with prepared vegetables, rice, chopped parsley, spices and half the broth. Place the filling in the refrigerator for an hour.
- Remove the stalk from the cabbage, lower the head of cabbage into boiling water for 5–7 minutes and remove the steamed leaves. Place a few leaves in a pan with a removable bottom so that they hang slightly over the edges. Place half of the filling on them, pour in half of the remaining broth and cover with cabbage leaves. Make another similar layer with the remaining ingredients.
- Grease the pie with vegetable oil, cover with foil and place in an oven preheated to 180°C for about an hour. Remove the foil, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake for another 10 minutes until the cheese is lightly browned.
Delicious pie with cabbage on yeast dough
Ruddy, fluffy, incredibly tasty, with a juicy filling of fresh cabbage, we will get a pie with yeast dough according to this recipe. We will prepare it today using a quick dough that does not require long infusion. It will require dry yeast.
Ingredients:
For the test:
- Wheat flour – 500 g (+ 50-100 g as needed).
- Milk (or kefir, or water) – 250 ml.
- Dry yeast – 2 tsp.
- Sugar – 2 tsp.
- Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l. into the dough + for working with the dough.
- Egg – 1 pc. (in dough) + 1 pc. for greasing the pie.

For filling:

- Young cabbage – 700-800 gr.
- Semolina – 1-2 tbsp. l.
- Smoked brisket – 150 gr.
- Onions – 2 pcs.
- Garlic - to taste.
- Mustard – 1 tsp.
- Sugar – 0.5 tsp.
- Salt - to taste.
- Breadcrumbs – 3-6 tbsp. l.
- Vegetable oil - for frying.
- Green onions, fresh parsley, dill - 1 bunch.
- Mixture of ground peppers - to taste.
Cooking process:
- First, sift the flour, combine half the flour with dry yeast and sugar.
- Heat the milk until warm. In addition to sweet milk, the same dough can be kneaded with warm kefir or warm water.
- Whisk the egg and salt.
- Add heated milk, vegetable oil, and then a beaten egg into the flour.
- Form the soft dough into a ball, adding flour little by little. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes.
- If you want, let the dough rest in a warm place, but you can immediately form the pie if you already have the filling ready. If not, cover the dough and make the filling.
- Thinly slice the cabbage or shred it using a special machine. There is no need to crush or crush it if you have young cabbage. Cut the onion into quarter rings, pass the garlic through a press.
- Cut the smoked meat (it can be any meat) into small cubes and fry until golden in a small amount of oil.
- Remove the brisket from the frying pan, put the onion and garlic in its place, add a little salt and fry until the onion is transparent and remove from the heat.

- Place all the filling on the dough, cover with the second part of the dough on top. It is important that the layers of dough are not thick. If your mold is small and there is a lot of dough and filling, then it is better to make small pies from the remaining dough and filling, wrapping the filling inside.
- Press the edges of the dough on the pie together. From the leftover dough you can make decorations for the top. You need to make holes on the cake in several places for steam to escape.
- Beat another egg and brush the pie with it.
- Now let the cake stand for 20 minutes under a towel.
- Heat the oven to 190-200 degrees. If your dough has already been infused immediately after kneading, then the pie can be baked without infusion.

Preparation:
- Heat kefir. Be careful, if you overheat it it will curdle.

Cooking process:
- Sift the flour and add dry yeast, as well as salt and sugar, stir.
- Heat kefir until warm, mix into flour along with vegetable oil.
- Knead elastic, smooth dough. Thanks to the oil, it will not stick to your hands, so working with it is easy and pleasant.
- Roll the kneaded dough into a ball, place it in a bowl under cling film and place in a warm place until the dough rises.
- Meanwhile, start filling the pie. Chop the cabbage thinly, cut the onion into half rings or smaller, add to the cabbage.
- Heat the oil in a frying pan, fry the onion and cabbage, stirring, then add a little water and simmer until the cabbage is soft. Simmer covered.
- Boil the chicken eggs in advance, then cool them and cut them into cubes, also chop the green onions. Add all this to the stewed cabbage when it has cooled.
- Season the pie filling with spices and salt to taste, stir.
- After an hour or a little longer, the dough should rise. Punch it down and divide it into two parts.

- Place the filling on the dough.

Ingredients:
- Puff pastry dough – 0.5 kg.
- White cabbage – 0.5 kg.
- Carrots – 1 pc.
- Onions – 1-2 pcs.
- Garlic – 2-3 cloves.
- Smoked sausage – 200 gr.
- Egg – 1 pc.
- Milk – 2 tbsp. l.
- Spices - to taste.
- Salt - to taste.
- Vegetable oil - as needed.
- Dill, parsley or cilantro - to taste.
Cooking process:
- Thinly slice the cabbage and lightly fry it in hot vegetable oil, stirring. Fire - medium.
- Grate the carrots, chop the onion into cubes and add to the cabbage, fry everything together for a few more minutes.
- When all the vegetables are fried, add a little water to the pan, cover with a lid and simmer until the vegetables are ready. Vegetables should become soft, but stew without sauce.
- Season the prepared vegetables with chopped garlic, spices and salt to taste, stir.
- Cut the sausage into cubes or quarters. Add it to the pan last and fry everything together without a lid for a couple of minutes, stirring.
- If you want, add any finely chopped greens to the pie filling.
- While you were preparing the filling, the dough has already defrosted. Roll it into 2 layers.

- Place the first layer of dough on a baking sheet, and spread the filling on it in an even layer.

Cooking process:
- Replace the pie dough. First, sift the flour into a bowl, add salt, sugar and dry yeast to the flour, stir.
- Pour in warm water and vegetable oil, add sour cream and one egg.
- Knead the dough (it can also be kneaded in a bread machine).
- Cover the dough, place it on a warm radiator, water bath or heating pad, and then let it rise twice, kneading it a little each time.
- For the filling, chop the onion into cubes, and then fry it in a small amount of heated vegetable oil.
- Chop the cabbage thinly, add to the onion, and then pour in the cream and simmer everything together until the cream has evaporated. It is better to simmer under the lid.
- When the vegetable filling is stewed, add dill, salt and spices to taste, turn off the heat under the frying pan.
