Ingredients:

  • margarine – 80 grams;
  • salt;
  • soda – 0.5 teaspoon;
  • eggs – 4 pieces;
  • flour – 7 tablespoons;
  • 0.3 kilograms of cabbage;
  • 70 milliliters of mayonnaise.

Cooking time: 50 minutes.

  1. Wash the cabbage, chop it finely, sprinkle with salt, grind well and place in a mold;

  2. Melt the margarine, pour it over the cabbage, stir, put in the oven for 15 minutes, preheated to 160 degrees, stirring from time to time;

  3. Beat eggs with mayonnaise, salt, soda, add flour, mix, pour this mixture into a baking sheet, mix everything, bake for half an hour.

Their aroma turns out to be truly homely and even somewhat similar to that from childhood, when my grandmother was preparing something in the kitchen. Ingredients:

  • egg – 3 pcs.;
  • egg yolk – 1 pc. for lubrication;
  • pepper, salt - to your taste;
  • carrots – 1 pc.;

  • ready-made yeast dough – 0.5 kg;
  • cream 10% - 100 ml;

  2. Pour cream into the pan, simmer the dish for 5 minutes.
  3. Boil the eggs, wash the greens and chop finely. Place the ingredients in the pan with the rest and stir.
  4. Divide the dough into 2 parts, roll each one out. Place the first one on the bottom of the greased pan.
  5. Spread the filling and cover with the other half of the dough.
  6. Brush with yolk and place in the oven for half an hour. The optimal temperature is 180 degrees.

Jellied cabbage pie with kefir in the oven

If you have absolutely no time for baking, but want to treat yourself to something tasty, you can bake a jellied pie with cabbage.

Ingredients:

  • 1 glass of kefir;
  • 150 grams of margarine;
  • salt;
  • 1 teaspoon of soda;
  • seasonings;
  • 0.5 kilograms of cabbage;
  • greenery;
  • flour.

Cooking time: 80 minutes.

Calorie content per 100 grams: 137 kcal.

  1. Pour kefir into a deep bowl, add soda to it, let stand for 10 minutes;

  • cabbage fork – 500 g;

This requires some skills in working with dough, but according to the instructions with the photo, even a beginner in cooking can handle the dish. Moreover, you can use a bread machine to knead the base. If you turn it on in the “No Bake” mode, it will cope with the task.

Ingredients:

  • egg – 2 pcs.;
  • salt, sugar - 1 tsp each;
  • cabbage head – 350 g;
  • dry yeast – 9 g;
  • carrot – 1 pc.;
  • greens – 1 bunch;
  • egg – 2 pcs.;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • milk – 125 ml;
  • flour – 500 g;
  • kefir – 125 ml;
  • vegetable oil – 70 ml.

Cooking method:

  1. In a bowl, combine warm milk and yeast with sugar, leave for 15 minutes.
  2. Separately, beat the egg, kefir, and salt. Next add the yeast mixture.
  3. Gradually add flour and knead the dough. Leave it to come up.
  4. Wash, peel, finely chop the vegetables, then fry in hot oil, season with spices and salt.
  5. Roll out 4/5 of the dough and place on the bottom of the baking dish.

Recipe:

  4. Separately mix 1 teaspoon of baking powder with 6 tbsp. spoons of flour .
