Pork soup

Ingredients:

  • Pork bones 600g.
  • Potatoes 3 pcs.

  • Onion 3 pcs.
  • Black pepper, salt, vegetable oil, bay leaf.

Preparation:

Cut carrots, potatoes and onions into cubes. For this amount of ingredients, you need about three liters of water.

Let the salted water boil and add the meat there.

The meat will be much juicier if you put it in boiling water.

Cook over low heat for about 30 minutes, add potatoes and bring to a boil over high. After boiling, reduce the heat and cook for another 15 minutes.

During this time, prepare the frying: fry the onions and carrots in vegetable oil until soft. Pour into the broth and cook for 10 minutes.

Pork soup with vermicelli

Ingredients:

  • Pork 300 gr.
  • Vermicelli 100 gr.
  • Potatoes 2 pcs.
  • Onion 1 pc.
  • Tomatoes 2 pcs.

  • Greens 1 bunch.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Wash the meat, cut into small pieces and place in a pan.

Pour 1.5 liters of water, put on fire, bring to a boil. Remove the resulting foam and cook over low heat, covered with a lid, for 1 hour.

Peel the potatoes and cut into cubes. Chop the onion. Pour boiling water over the tomatoes, remove the skins and finely chop them.

Add potatoes to meat and cook for another 10 minutes. Pour oil into a hot frying pan, add onions and tomatoes and simmer for 5 minutes.

Add vermicelli and dressing, salt and pepper to the pan. Let it simmer for 5-10 minutes and you can serve.

Greek soup

The cream cheese it contains gives this dish of Greek cuisine a particularly delicate taste.

Ingredients:

  • Pork – 0.35 kilograms;
  • Onion – 1 piece;
  • Red and yellow bell peppers – 2 pieces;
  • Tomatoes in their own juice – 1 can;
  • Garlic – 3 bulbs;

Preparation:

Cook broth based on meat and mushroom cubes. Remove the pork and strain the broth. Then place the potatoes in it and cook for 10 minutes.

Peel the vegetables and cut into small cubes. Cut the boiled meat in the same way. Fry the vegetables in a hot frying pan and add a little salt.

Add the stewed vegetables to the soup. Separately, fry the eggplants until tender and add to the broth.

  • 1 tsp. oregano;
  • 1 tsp. salt;
  • refined vegetable oil;
  • 1 tsp. brown granulated sugar.

Preparation:

  1. Let's prepare the vegetables: peel and rinse them.

  2. To make the soup bright and beautiful, let's cut the carrots into flowers. Let's make parallel cuts on it and get flowers.

  3. Let's defrost the minced meat. Chop the remaining vegetables into cubes. Let's cut the sausage.

  4. In the pan in which we will cook the soup, heat the vegetable oil.
  5. Add the onion and fry it lightly.
  6. Now add the minced meat and fry everything together.

  7. Add salt, paprika and oregano and stir.
  8. Pour in boiling water, about 2.5 - 3 liters.

  9. Add tomatoes, celery, sausage, carrots and zucchini. To prevent the tomatoes from producing too much acid, add brown sugar.

  10. Cook the soup until the vegetables are ready. They should become soft.

  11. Serve the soup with sour cream and herbs.

Advice! Instead of minced meat, you can fry pork pulp. And to give the dish a spicy note, season the meat with paprika. Roasted pork will need 60 to 90 minutes of cooking time.

Roast pork soup

When fried, a crust forms on the meat, which will make the pork inside more juicy.

Ingredients:

  • Pork pulp 400 gr.
  • Carrot 1 pc.
  • Onion 1 pc.
  • Potatoes 2 pcs.
  • Fresh tomatoes 200 gr.
  • A small bunch of dill.
  • Vegetable oil 2-3 tbsp. spoons.
  • Salt to taste.

Preparation:

Fill a saucepan with 2 liters of water and put it on fire. Cut the pork into pieces. Finely chop the peeled onion into 5 mm cubes, and grate the carrots on a fine grater.

Fry the pork pieces in vegetable oil until golden brown. Place the onion in the water, then the meat and cook for 20-30 minutes.

At this time, fry the carrots. Cut the potatoes and tomatoes into 0.5 mm cubes and add them to the water; also add the fried carrots.

Salt to taste and cook for another 15 minutes. Add dill to the finished soup with fried pork.

Cheese soup

Pulp with a bone is suitable for soup - for richness of the broth. To prepare this dish you need to take:

  • pork with bone – 700 g;
  • processed cheese – 350 g;
  • carrots – 1 pc.;
  • potatoes – 5 pcs.;
  • ground pepper;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • vegetable oil, butter;
  • water – 2 l;
  • salt;
  • greenery.

Rinse the meat, put it in a saucepan, add water. Add salt, add pepper, cook for 2 hours. Remove a piece from the resulting broth and cut the flesh from the bone. Strain the broth, throw back the pieces of meat. Cut the potatoes into pieces and add to the soup. Pour out a little broth, dissolve the cheese in it, pour it back. Chop carrots and onions, fry, add to the pan. Bring to readiness for 2 minutes, sprinkle with finely chopped herbs.

"Know!" For soup, shoulder blades and tenderloin are best suited - these parts are better digested. Tenderloin is considered to have the most delicate taste; those who want to lose weight should pay attention to it.

Salted pork soup

This soup will remove the hunger of any man.

Ingredients:

  • Peas 200 gr.
  • Salted pork 500 gr.
  • Lard 100 gr.
  • Onions 1 pc.
  • Carnation.
  • Nutmeg.

Preparation:

Soak the peas for a day.

You need to add a pinch of soda to the water, then the peas will boil better and faster. Before cooking, it must be thoroughly rinsed from soda.

Then, cook the salted pork, bacon and peas for about three hours. Add one onion to the broth, after sticking a clove into it.

We also salt the soup and season with ground nutmeg. Once the time is up, remove the onion. Remove the meat and bacon and cut into pieces.

Put it back into the soup. When serving, serve mustard separately.

Spicy pork soup

Prepare the chef's soup and your family will ask for more.

Ingredients:

  • Pork 400 gr.
  • Potatoes 3 pcs.
  • Onion 1 pc.
  • Tomatoes 3 pcs.
  • Bell pepper 1-2 pcs.
  • Dijen mustard 4 tbsp. spoons.
  • Paprika 2 teaspoons
  • Garlic 3-4 cloves.
  • Butter 50 gr.
  • Chili pepper 1 pc.
  • Carrots 2 pcs.
  • Salt.
  • Ground black pepper.

Preparation:

Place butter, crushed garlic, chopped pork and a little chopped dill in a saucepan.

We put it all on low heat, stir, and wait until the butter melts. While we are cutting onions, peppers, carrots and potatoes into large cubes.

Remove the seeds from the chili pepper and chop finely. We also cut the tomatoes into large cubes.

After the meat is slightly “covered” in the oil, add salt, paprika, ground black pepper and a couple of tablespoons of Dijen grain mustard.

First, we add vegetables that take a long time to cook with the meat: onions, potatoes, carrots. Stir and heat over high heat.

When the vegetables are warm enough, add just enough water to cover the vegetables and meat. Let it simmer until half cooked.

Then add tomatoes and bell peppers and half the chopped chili, a few tablespoons of paprika, a spoonful of aromatic herbs and another spoonful of salt.

Add water so that it covers the vegetables by two fingers. Finally add the rest of the chili pepper. The soup turns out very thick.

When serving, sprinkle with chopped herbs and a slice of chili pepper.

Potato soup with meat, beans and cabbage

The basis of this soup is pork ham, so its taste is very rich and aromatic.

Ingredients:

  • Pork ham 450 gr.
  • Onions 2 pcs.
  • Bay leaf 2 pcs.
  • Paprika 2 teaspoons.
  • Potatoes 700 gr.
  • Young cabbage 250 gr.
  • Canned beans 400 gr.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Soak the ham in cold water for eight hours.

Then move it into a saucepan, pour clean cold water, add chopped onion, bay leaf and cook for 1.5 hours, periodically removing the foam.

After the meat is cooked, you need to remove it, cut it into pieces and return it back to the pan. Also send potatoes and paprika there.

Cook for another 20 minutes over low heat. Next, add cabbage cut into large pieces, drain the liquid from the beans and add to the soup.

Cook for another 10 minutes. Add salt and pepper to taste. This soup is served hot.

Pork kharcho soup

We make a popular Georgian pork soup with the addition of fragrant herbs.

Ingredients:

  • Pork 500 gr.
  • Potatoes 4 pcs.
  • Onion 2 pcs.
  • Rice 200 gr.
  • Garlic 4 cloves.
  • Tomatoes 3 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil 3 tbsp. spoons.
  • Khmeli-suneli.
  • Red pepper.
  • Salt.
  • Greenery.
  • Water.

Preparation:

Cut the washed meat into cubes, approximately 3x3 cm. Pour in cold water and let it boil. After boiling, skim off the foam.

Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat for 40 minutes. Cut the onion into small cubes.

The classic recipe does not include potatoes; you can add them if desired.

Rinse the rice very well. Once the meat is cooked, add the onion and rice. After this, cook for another 15 minutes.

Remove the skin from the tomatoes and chop finely, then simmer the tomatoes in vegetable oil for 5-7 minutes.

Add tomatoes to the soup, add spices and cook for 5 minutes. Finely chop the garlic and herbs and add to the soup.

Remove from heat, cover with a lid and let steep for 15-20 minutes. Pork kharcho is ready!

Pork broth

Recognized culinary experts claim that the broth turns out to be more saturated if the vegetables are slightly baked for it. This is how the broth is prepared according to the given recipe.

Ingredients:

  • Pork meat bones – 3 kilograms;
  • Onions - 0.25 kilograms;
  • Celery - 0.25 kilograms;
  • Carrots – 2 pieces
  • Garlic - 2 cloves;
  • Parsley - 6 sprigs;
  • Bay leaf – 1 piece;
  • Thyme - 1 sprig:
  • Cloves - 3 pieces.

Preparation:

Crush the garlic without peeling and wrap it in cheesecloth along with cloves, bay leaves, and thyme.

Chop onions and carrots coarsely.

Place half the onions and carrots, pork bones on a baking sheet, pour over the oil and place in an oven preheated to 240˚C for 40 minutes.

Then transfer to a saucepan, pour 2 cups of hot water onto a baking sheet and drain the fat from it into the saucepan.

Add water so that it covers the food. Put a gauze bag with spices, parsley, the remaining vegetables and bring to a boil, skim off the foam, reduce the heat to low and cook for two to three hours.

When ready, remove vegetables and spices.

Pork soup in a slow cooker

Soup in a slow cooker has a special taste and is faster to prepare.

Ingredients:

  • Pork meat 400 gr.
  • Water 1.5 liters.
  • Potatoes 4 pcs.
  • Onion 1 pc.
  • Carrot 1 pc.
  • Tomato paste 1 tbsp. spoon.
  • Greenery.
  • Salt and spices to taste.

Preparation:

Cut the meat into pieces and fry in a frying pan until a beautiful golden color. Then add onions, carrots, tomato paste and simmer until the meat is cooked.

Cut the potatoes into cubes. Place in a multicooker pan and add water, wait until it boils and add the fried meat. Add spices to taste.

Wait until the soup is ready. Before serving, decorate with herbs.

Yellow Lentil Soup

One of the advantages of this delicious soup is its ease of preparation and the absence of the need to soak the legume component - lentils.

Ingredients:

  • Pork – 0.5 kilograms;
  • Water – 2.5 liters;
  • Lentils – 0.25 kilograms;
  • Large carrots - 1 piece;

  • Potatoes - 3 medium tubers;

Greek pork soup

To prepare this soup, be sure to use pork on the bone; it will give the soup a richer taste.

Ingredients:

  • Pork on the bone.
  • Potatoes 5 pcs.
  • Carrots 2 pcs.
  • Cauliflower 1 head.
  • Bay leaf.
  • Tomato paste 3-4 tbsp. spoons.
  • Peppercorns.
  • Salt.

Preparation:

Boil the whole pork until tender, it will take about 45 minutes, remove the meat, and put potatoes cut into medium cubes and grated carrots into the broth.

Boil for 15 minutes. We separate fresh cauliflower into inflorescences and cut the meat into small pieces.

Add cabbage, tomato paste, bay leaf, pepper and salt to the broth. Cook for another 15 minutes. Greek soup is ready!

Pea soup with pork in a slow cooker

By frying all the ingredients, the taste of this soup becomes richer and has a distinct flavor.

  • Pork 300 gr.
  • Split peas 200 gr.
  • Onion 1 pc.
  • Carrot 1 pc.
  • Potatoes 4 pcs.
  • Vegetable oil 2 tbsp. spoons
  • Salt and pepper to taste.

Preparation:

Wash the peas and let them swell. We prepare all other ingredients: cut the meat and vegetables into small cubes.

Pour oil into the multicooker bowl, and in the “baking” mode, fry the meat for 20 minutes, then add the onion and carrots and simmer for another 10 minutes.

After the beep, add peas, potatoes, spices, bay leaf. Fill with water to the mark and cook in the “quenching” mode for another 1 hour.

After cooking, you need to let it brew a little.

Rice soup with pork broth in a pressure cooker

  • Boiled pearl barley 0.7 tbsp.
  • Mushrooms 250 gr.
  • Potatoes 2 pcs.
  • Small pasta 2 tbsp. spoons.
  • Carrot 1 pc.
  • Onion 1 pc.
  • Tomato paste 1 tbsp. spoon.
  • Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Ground red pepper to taste.
  • Bay leaf.

Preparation:

Heat a little oil in a thick-bottomed saucepan. Add the pork cut into small cubes and let it brown.

Pour in cold water and cook, skimming off the foam for 15 minutes. At the same time, fry the onions and carrots.

Add finely chopped mushrooms and fry until the liquid from the mushrooms evaporates. Add tomato paste, pepper, salt and simmer for a little while.

Place potatoes in a saucepan and cook for 10 minutes. Pour out the pearl barley and send the frying there. We also add pre-boiled vermicelli to the soup.

Add salt and cook for another 5 minutes. Served with caraway bread and smoked meats.

Pea soup is an incredibly healthy dish!

  • 0.5 kg pork ribs;
  • 1 tbsp. peas;
  • 3-4 potato tubers;
  • onion;

Preparation:

  1. The peas should be filled with cold water in the evening and left until the morning. Then it will boil better and will be ready faster.

  2. Wash the ribs and cut into several pieces.
  3. Pour filtered water over the meat and cook the broth. Don't forget to remove the foam.
  4. When the broth boils, add the peas. Let's wash it first.
  5. We clean the potato tubers and add one to the broth without cutting it. Then the soup will be thicker and richer.
  6. Add salt and cook for about half an hour.
  7. Remove the potatoes from the broth and mash them with a fork. Return to broth.
  8. Remove the ribs and cool. Separate the meat pulp from the bones and chop it.
  9. Place the pork pulp back into the broth.
  10. Chop the remaining potato tubers into cubes. Add to the pan.

  11. Peel the onion and carrot root.
  12. Grind the carrots on a grater and chop the onion with a knife.
  13. Sauté vegetables in vegetable oil for 10-12 minutes.

Advice! The soup can be made with smoked pork. Then do not add a lot of spices so as not to interrupt the aroma of smoked meats. And if you are preparing a dish with fresh pork, season it with thyme and basil.

Cook the pork in salted water for 2-3 hours. We take out the meat, strain the broth and divide it into two parts.

Fry carrots and onions in a frying pan and add everything to the soup. Separate the meat from the bone, cut into pieces and return to the soup.

Preparation:

  1. We peel potato tubers, onions and carrots. Wash the vegetables and chop into cubes.
  2. Boil water and add potatoes. Cook it until almost done.
  3. Wash the pork pulp and cut into cubes.
  4. Melt the butter in a frying pan and fry the pork.
  5. When the meat gives juice, salt it. Cover the pan with a lid and fry the pork until golden.
  6. Add carrots to the meat and fry for 4-5 minutes.
  7. Place the meat and carrots in a saucepan.
  8. Sauté the onion and place it in a blender container.
  9. Add some of the boiled vegetables, carrots and potatoes to the onions.
  10. In a clean frying pan, melt the butter and fry the flour.

  11. Add 150 ml of cream and stir.
  12. Warm up the creamy mixture. It should acquire a homogeneous structure.

  13. Add the creamy flour mixture to the vegetables.
  14. Beat the resulting mass with a blender until smooth.
