Hello! Agree, you don’t always have the time or the mood to stand at the stove for a long time. But at the same time I want something tasty in a hurry. And then a quick pizza cooked in a frying pan will be your salvation. It’s filling, and we didn’t spend a lot of time, and the family is happy.

In addition, this is a dish in which you can stuff everything you have lying around in the refrigerator. There is no need to run specifically to the store to buy the necessary products. Usually, any housewife will always have something suitable for this baking.

I have already written about how to cook wonderful pizza in the oven. Quite quick recipes too. Today I’ll tell you how to prepare such pastries even faster, in literally 10 minutes.

Anything is suitable for the filling - mushrooms, sausage, and seafood. Various vegetables and herbs are also added. But, almost always, the most important part of this dish is cheese in large quantities. You can take absolutely any variety that you have on hand.

For seasoning, you usually use ketchup or tomato paste. But here you can experiment with sauces. For example, mix the same ketchup with mayonnaise. Or use any other sauce. There are absolutely no barriers.

But I still recommend using my advice. At least in order to understand what to build on in the future, when you appreciate the beauty of such baked goods.

Step-by-step recipe for mayonnaise and sour cream

I want to start with this recipe. This is my favorite and most popular option. The shortbread turns out moderately fluffy and soft. It is better to eat pizza warm. If you have it sitting for a while and getting cold, just reheat it in the microwave.

We will need:

  • Sour cream 10% - 4 tablespoons
  • Mayonnaise - 4 tablespoons
  • Eggs - 2 pcs
  • Flour - 9 tablespoons
  • Salt - 1/2 teaspoon
  • Ketchup
  • Servelat sausage - to taste
  • Onion - 1 pc.
  • Cheese - 100 gr

Cooking steps:

1. First, lightly beat the eggs with a fork so that the yolk spreads evenly. Then add flour to them, add sour cream, mayonnaise and salt. And mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

2. Grease a frying pan with vegetable oil and place the dough there. Distribute it over the shape, but make the edges thinner than the middle. Spread ketchup over the surface.

3. Finely chop the onion. Cut the sausage into small pieces. Grate the cheese. Place sausage and onions on top of ketchup and sprinkle cheese on top.

4. Close the frying pan with a lid and place on low heat for 15-20 minutes. As soon as you see that the edges have browned, it is ready. Very tender, appetizing and simply incredibly tasty.

Pizza with kefir is quick and tasty

Another option for pizza batter. From these ingredients you get two whole cakes, so the quantity can be reduced. Although, the finished cake can be stored in the refrigerator until next time.

Ingredients:

  • Kefir - 1 glass
  • Flour - 1 cup
  • Egg - 1 pc.
  • Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
  • Soda - 1/3 teaspoon
  • Vegetable oil - 1-2 tablespoons + for lubrication

For the filling (for one pizza):

  • Sausage – 60 gr
  • Olives - 10 pcs
  • Tomato – 1/2 pcs
  • Garlic - 2 cloves
  • Any tomato sauce
  • Champignons – 2 pcs.
  • Onion - 1/2 pcs
  • Hard cheese – 50-70 g
  • Greens - to taste

Cooking method:

1. First, let's prepare the filling. Cut all the ingredients for it, except cheese, into any arbitrary shape you want. Grate the cheese.

It is better to lightly fry the chopped mushrooms in a frying pan first.

2. Now let's do the dough. Pour the flour into a deep dish, add salt and soda. Pour in vegetable oil. Break an egg there. Pour in kefir and mix everything into a single mass. The consistency is similar to sour cream.

3. Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil and heat it up slightly. Pour the dough into it and distribute evenly. Fry on one side for about 10 minutes. Do not cover with lid.

4. As soon as you realize that the first side is fried, carefully turn the cake over. Immediately coat the top with sauce and begin adding the filling.

First, arrange the onions, olives, tomatoes, mushrooms and garlic in any form. Place a layer of sausage on top. Then cover everything with cheese and sprinkle with herbs.

5. Cover the pan with a lid and keep it on the lowest heat until the cheese melts. This takes approximately 5 minutes. And our delicious, aromatic quick pizza is ready to eat. It's best to eat it while it's warm. Enjoy.

Very tasty and tender pizza in a pan with ham and cheese

Delicious ham pizza with just a few ingredients. My children especially love it. And it prepares, like other options, very quickly. Great breakfast option.

You will need:

  • 5-6 tbsp. l. flour;
  • 100 g sour cream;
  • ½ tsp. soda;
  • 1-2 pinches of salt;
  • 1-2 tbsp. l. tomato paste or ketchup;
  • 150 g ham;
  • 100 g hard cheese;
  • 1 onion;
  • 1-2 pickled cucumbers;
  • 1 egg;
  • a pinch of basil and oregano.

Step-by-step preparation:

1. To prepare the dough, mix the sifted flour with sour cream, salt, soda and egg. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

2. Grease the frying pan with vegetable oil. To do this, you can take a special silicone brush. Pour the dough into it and flatten it into a pancake. Spread ketchup on top, sprinkle with oregano and basil.

3. For the filling, cut the onion into half rings, cucumbers into circles, ham into thin slices and three cheeses. Place everything on the dough in the same order as you cut it. Place the pan with pizza on the fire and fry covered for 8-10 minutes. Fast, simple and very tasty!

The dough is made in the same way as described above, only the filling is slightly different. But you can basically put whatever you want into this Italian pie. For the base:

  • Premium flour – 5 tbsp. l;
  • Mayonnaise – 5 tbsp. l;
  • Eggs – 3 pcs.

For filling:

  • Bell pepper – 1 piece;
  • Tomato sauce or ketchup;
  • Cheese - to taste;
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs;
  • Basil, parsley, salt - to taste.

If you wish, you can choose the filling that you like best. Everything here is individual. Also look at what products you currently have.

How to cook

In a bowl, mix eggs, mayonnaise, flour.

Heat a frying pan, pour in a little vegetable oil. Pour in the prepared dough, cover with a lid and fry for 5 minutes.

While the dough is preparing, cut the pepper into strips and the tomatoes into slices.

During this time, our dough will no longer be liquid. We will lubricate its surface with ketchup and place all the prepared vegetables on it.

But this method may seem completely new to many. A very unusual recipe. Try this option too. The pizza will be very nutritious and appetizing. I think you'll like it. What can I say, you just have to try!

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes - 2 pcs.
  • Servelat sausage – 80 gr
  • Cheese - 100 gr
  • Eggs - 4 pcs
  • Salt, pepper and fresh herbs - to taste
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Cooking method:

1. Cut the potatoes and shred them into slices on a special grater or knife. Fill the pan with oil and place the potatoes in it. Fry it on both sides.

2. Cut the sausage into circles. Grate the cheese on a fine grater. Break the eggs into a separate dish, add salt, pepper and whisk. Then, when the potatoes are ready, pour the egg over them. Top with sausage and cheese. Turn the heat to low, cover the pan with a lid and leave to cook.

3. In about 10-15 minutes everything will be ready. Remove from the pan and taste. In my opinion, this method is very suitable for breakfast. Nourishing, fast and tasty.

Pizza - a minute on a loaf: a recipe in a frying pan when there is no time

If you don’t want to fuss with dough, sift flour, knead something, and then wait for everything to cook, you can safely prepare for the whole family this delicious and incredibly simple loaf pizza, which everyone calls nothing more than “Minute” .

What you will need:

  • Classic loaf – 1 pc.;
  • Tomato – 2 pcs.;
  • Smoked sausage – 50 gr.;
  • Hard cheese – 100 gr.;
  • Any ketchup – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • Any fresh herbs - a little for decoration;
  • Mayonnaise – 2 tbsp. heaped spoons;
  • Salt.

By the way, salt is used very rarely in this recipe. After all, all the ingredients already contain it.

How to cook

Cut the sausage into strips.

Cut the loaf into portions, no more than 1 centimeter thick, and fry in a dry frying pan until a light crispy crust forms.

In a mug, mix mayonnaise and ketchup with a teaspoon in the amount indicated above, then spread on the loaf. Place sausage on top, as well as tomatoes, cut into thin slices.

Sprinkle each piece with grated cheese and bake covered for literally 5 minutes until the cheese has completely melted.

Serve on serving plates with your favorite drink. This way you can prepare breakfast and dinner. Everything turns out quickly and simply. And the most important thing is that the filling can be changed every time as you want.

Quick pizza on pita bread in 5 minutes

We continue the series of quick recipes in a frying pan. This is perhaps the fastest way to prepare it, literally in a matter of minutes. And most importantly, no fuss with the dough.

Ingredients:

  • Round lavash - 2 pcs
  • Mozzarella cheese – 200 gr
  • Ham – 100 gr
  • Tomato - 1-2 pcs
  • Ketchup - 1-2 tablespoons
  • Butter - 10-20 g

Cooking method:

1. Grate the cheese on a coarse grater. Cut the tomatoes into semicircular slices. Cut the ham any way you like. Sprinkle the first sheet of lavash with a little cheese and cover with the second lavash. This way our pizza will be more stable and they will simply stick together.

2. Grease the top pita bread with ketchup. Sprinkle it generously with cheese, arrange the ham and tomatoes.

3. Heat a frying pan. Put a piece of butter there and place the pita bread with filling in the frying pan. Cover with a lid and simmer over low heat until the cheese has completely melted. Then remove it from the pan and taste. The taste is simply amazing, no worse than in a restaurant.
