The other day I decided to pamper my family with delicious pizza. And I simply could not ignore you. I decided to tell you about my cooking method. Of course, we will use popular ingredients as filling. These include sausage, tomatoes and cheese. And a little bonus from me, I’ll teach you how to cook mayonnaise. I never use store-bought ones, I try to do everything myself.

Before we start cooking, I would like to clarify about the dough. For example, during cooking I roll out this semi-finished product so thinly that when baking it practically does not increase in size. What do you do as usual? Do you like richer baked goods, or still adhere to the rule “there should be more filling”.

Pizza is an open-faced pie originating from Italy.

No less important ingredients for making pizza are: flour, yeast, milk and butter. After all, it is with these products that we will prepare the dough. I assure you the kneading process is very simple. The only thing is that the finished semi-finished product will need a little time to mature.

Pizza with sausage, cheese and tomatoes

This dish turns out to be especially aromatic. It is distinguished by a thin and delicate base, as well as a juicy filling.

To prepare it you will need:

  • Milk – 100 ml
  • Dry yeast – 6 g
  • Salt – ½ tsp.
  • Honey – 2 tsp.
  • Chicken eggs – 1 pc.
  • Flour – 250-300 g
  • Butter – 25 g.

For filling:

  • Smoked sausage – 100 g
  • Tomato sauce – 3 tbsp.
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Mayonnaise – 3 tbsp.
  • Cheese (choose hard varieties) – 50-70 g
  • Herbs - to taste
  • Greenery

Take warm milk, add honey to it and mix well. Then add yeast and a few tablespoons of flour to this mixture. This will be a dough. It must be placed in a warm place for 20 minutes until the cap appears.

Then you need to add an egg and butter, previously melted and cooled, to the dough, mix everything. Add salt and flour, which was sifted before.

The kneaded dough has a soft consistency, but does not stick to surfaces or fingers. Leave it to rise for half an hour.

All that remains is to knead the dough and crush it into a flat cake. Line a baking tray with baking paper and lay out the dough piece. Make edges on the edge of the workpiece. The dough itself should be greased with tomato sauce.

And you can lay out the filling - cut the sausage into thin slices, tomatoes too. Lubricate with mayonnaise. Grate the cheese - the side of the grater should be large - and apply to the workpiece. Bake at high temperature – about 230 degrees – for 15 minutes.

We have dealt with the base, but an equally important process is preparing the products for the filling. I suggest starting with sausage. We will use two types of this meat delicacy: milk and semi-smoked. But despite this, the cutting will be absolutely the same - straws.

Step 1.

First cut the sausage into thin slices. Then fold them into small piles and you can cut them. Personally, I find it more convenient to cut this way.

Step 2.

Next we start cutting the tomatoes. Be sure to rinse the vegetable before use. Then remove the stem and cut into two equal parts. And now we will cut it into half rings. It is very convenient when the tomatoes are dense, they do not slip off your hands and the slicing turns out more even and accurate.

Step 3.

With cheese everything is much simpler, just grate it.

Now we proceed directly to collecting our pizza. All the ingredients have been prepared, which means you can safely assemble our baked goods and send them to the oven.

Divide the finished dough into two equal pieces. Roll one of the pieces into a thin layer and place on a baking sheet. Only the sheet will need to be lubricated with a thin layer of vegetable oil before use.

Step 4.

Grease the dough layer with a thin layer of tomato paste. Two tablespoons per pizza will be enough.

Next, lay out the chopped tomatoes. Just not in a heap, but evenly distribute the vegetable slices throughout the entire layer.

Now we put two types of sausage. Please note that before placing the deli meat, I mixed both types together.

Step 5.

Our next task is to apply mayonnaise evenly. But this does not always work out successfully. That is why in such cases I make a mesh. Now I’ll tell you everything.

Take a plastic bag and put white sauce in it. Drive it into one of the corners and make a small hole.

You can apply the mayonnaise mesh in absolutely any direction as you like.

All that remains is to sprinkle the pizza with grated cheese and you can put it in the oven. Only the oven must be preheated before use. Our dough is rolled out very thin, which means that it will reach readiness very quickly.

Set the oven to 200 degrees. Pizza baking time is no more than 25 minutes. After 10 minutes of baking, check the pizza for doneness.

In a word, watch your baking. Because everyone’s household appliances are different and they behave differently. Therefore, it is better to play it safe.

When ready, remove the pizza. Let it cool a little and start slicing. It will be difficult to cut it while it is hot.

To make pizza with cucumbers you will need:

  • Boiled sausage – 200 g
  • Salted or pickled cucumbers – 3 pcs.

You can diversify the dish by using bell peppers.

To make this type of pizza you will need:

  • Flour – 190 g
  • Dry baker's yeast – 1 tsp.
  • Warm water – 125 ml
  • Salt – ¼ tsp.
  • Olive oil – 1 tbsp.
  • Cervelat – 300 g
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Sweet pepper – 3 pcs. (you can choose different colors, then the dish will be more interesting)
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.
  • Cheese – 250 g
  • Ketchup or tomato sauce – 200 g
  • Sour cream – 150 g
  • Grainy mustard – 100 g

Sift the flour into a bowl, and then add yeast and salt to it. Mix everything with a spoon. Mix warm water and olive oil in a separate glass. Pour this mixture slowly into the flour and stir into the flour. When finished, knead the dough with your hands. Let him sit for half an hour.

Cut the sausage into plastic pieces, grate the cheese, prepare the onion into half rings or rings, and slice the tomatoes too. Pepper strips.

Turn on the oven and start rolling out the dough.

  • Champignons – 100 g
  • Tomato sauce – 2-3 tbsp.
  • Cheese (hard varieties) – 50 g
  • Tomatoes – 2 pcs.

Pour room temperature water into a bowl. Then pour a pinch of salt into it and beat in the egg. There's also vegetable oil. Mix everything and add flour. Knead the dough and leave to prove.

Cut the sausage into plastic pieces, cut the tomatoes into circles.

The champignons should be chopped into thin slices.

Grate the cheese.

Roll out the dough thinly. Place it on a baking sheet or pizza pan. Brush with sauce. Next, spread out the filling and cover everything with cheese.

Bake the pizza at medium temperature for 15 minutes.

There are a huge number of recipes for pizza with tomatoes, sausage and cheese, but they always have two components:

• dough;

• filling.

Dough. You can cook it yourself or buy it ready-made; the choice depends on the availability of free time, the capabilities and abilities of the housewife. For pizza, unleavened, yeasted puff pastry is used. It is used to form a flat cake of round, square or rectangular shape. Lazy versions of pizza with sausage, tomatoes and cheese use bread, pita bread, and pieces of loaf.

Sauce for basting. It is used to cover the dough piece so that it does not absorb the juice secreted by the vegetables, does not become soggy, and also acquires a tasty and appetizing crust around the edges. Depending on the recipe, you can grease the flatbread with ketchup, tomato sauce, mayonnaise or just vegetable oil.

Sausage. For pizza with tomatoes, sausage and cheese, you can use boiled and smoked products, as well as a mixture of them. Sometimes cold cuts and ham are added. If the recipe does not indicate the form of cutting, then you can do it arbitrarily: in small or large cubes, circles, straws.

The second option is used more often, since by simultaneously baking all the pizza ingredients with tomatoes, sausage and cheese, the dish turns out tastier.

Required:

for water dough with butter: dough makes 2 pizzas.

  • Warm water - 1 glass (250 ml.)
  • Flour - 2.5 - 3 cups
  • Chicken eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Salt - 1 tsp.
  • Sugar - 1 tbsp.
  • Butter - 50 gr.
  • Vegetable oil - 3 tbsp.
  • Dry yeast - 1.5 tsp. (or 25 grams of raw yeast)

for filling: for one pizza

  • Boiled sausage - 400 gr. (I have dairy)
  • Hard cheese (I have Lambert) - 150-200 gr.
  • Cherry tomatoes - 250 gr.
  • Ketchup - 3-4 tbsp.
  • Sour cream or mayonnaise - 2-3 tbsp.
  • Mustard - 1 tsp.
