  • 350 gr. premium flour;
  • 250 ml. warm water;
  • 1 tsp. Sahara;
  • 1 tsp. salt;
  • 1 tsp. fresh or dry yeast.

Filling ingredients:

  • 5 pieces. hunting sausages;
  • 5 pieces. champignon mushrooms;
  • 4 things. cherry tomatoes;
  • 3 pcs. bell pepper (in my case, frozen);
  • 1 PC. bulb;
  • 150-200 gr. Mozzarella cheese (you can choose any one you prefer)
  • 100 ml. ketchup;
  • 1 tsp. mustard.

Cooking process:

  1. We start, of course, with the test. To do this, dissolve sugar and salt in warm water (up to 40 degrees). Add yeast. Dissolve them thoroughly in water. Add sifted flour and knead the dough. The dough should not be very elastic, but stick a little to your hands.
  2. We cover it with a towel to speed up its approach. I always put it on the stove, next to the smallest adjacent burner that is turned on. And I leave it like that for 40-60 minutes. for the approach.
  3. This is how our dough came together. Grease the parchment with oil. And stretch the dough evenly across the baking sheet. The dough may still be a little sticky after mixing; you need to wet your hands with cold water. It’s a little inconvenient, but this is the advantage of the dough, it is soft and not clogged with flour.
  4. Distribute ketchup and mustard mixed together evenly over the dough.
  5. Cut the onion into half rings and place on the dough.
  6. Then cut into strips and also add bell peppers.
  7. We do the same with sausages, mushrooms and tomatoes.
