Ingredients:

  • Tomato paste – 150 grams or 350 ml. tomato juice;
  • Water – 350ml;
  • Spaghetti – 200 grams;
  • Minced meat – 300 grams;
  • Onion – 1 piece;
  • Basil – 1 teaspoon;
  • Dried garlic – 0.5 teaspoon;
  • Paprika – 0.5 teaspoon;
  • Pepper – 0.5 teaspoon;
  • Salt – 1.5 teaspoons;
  • Granulated sugar – 1 teaspoon.

Cooking process:

1. Let's prepare the products. Tomato paste can be replaced with ketchup or tomato juice. Measure out the required amount of water and spices.

You can take ready-made minced meat, or you can make it yourself (beef, pork, lamb - whatever you like).

2. It is better to take hard spaghetti pasta so that it does not boil over during the cooking process.

3. Take a frying pan or wok in which we will make our dish. Lubricate with vegetable oil (literally a tablespoon), and then put tomato paste there.

I have tomato juice today.

4. Add all our spices to it: half a teaspoon of dried garlic, the same amount of paprika and a teaspoon of dried basil. Then one teaspoon of salt and since I have juice, I add a teaspoon of granulated sugar. If you use ketchup, you do not need to add it.

5. Mix everything thoroughly. Turn on the stove and start heating our tomato juice with spices.

6. While it is heating up, cut the onions. We peel it and then chop it into cubes. Then we send it to the minced meat.

7. Mix the onion and minced meat until smooth. Salt (about half a teaspoon).

8. Our tomato juice (paste) has already boiled. Reduce the fire. Take a teaspoon and put the minced meat in it. Then we form a ball with our hands and lower it into the boiling substance.

9. Thus, we form all the minced meat and put them in the juice (paste) boiling over low heat.

10. Don't mix anything. Take a glass or jug ​​with 350 ml. water and carefully pour it over the edge.

11. Increase the heat a little (slightly above medium). Cover our meatballs with a lid and let them boil.

After that, simmer them for no more than fifteen minutes.

12. Since I will cook the spaghetti together with the balls, I will break them a little. If you do this separately, then there is no need to break them.

13. After fifteen minutes, mix our meatballs, and then add the broken pasta to them.

14. Mix the spaghetti with them, deepening them a little into the tomato sauce. Reduce the heat and simmer the dish until cooked, that is, eight to ten minutes.

15. Eight minutes have passed. Our pasta is already ready.

16. Now you can serve it to the table.

  • Tomato juice – 700ml;
  • Hard cheese – 100 grams;
  • Water – 2 glasses;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Italian herbs - to taste.

Cooking process:

1. Take a heat-resistant form that we will put in the oven. We will need to put spaghetti on the bottom of it. Therefore it must be long.

If there is no such thing, then the pasta can be broken into two or three parts.

2. Water them with vegetable oil on top. You can use olive oil, to suit your taste.

3. Salt our spaghetti to taste. We also add Italian herbs. I put a teaspoon of salt and two teaspoons of herbs. Finely chop three hundred grams of tomatoes.

  • Milk – 100ml;
  • Chicken egg – 1 piece;

  • Pickled pepper – 150 grams;
  • Tomato puree – 500ml;
  • Vegetable oil – 2-3 tablespoons;
  • Mixture of peppers - to taste;
  • Salt - to taste;
  • Granulated sugar – 1 teaspoon;
  • Spaghetti – 500 grams.

Cooking process:

1. Take the minced meat and salt it to taste. I put a tablespoon. You can also add a mixture of ground peppers. You can make the minced meat yourself (pork and beef, turkey or chicken), or you can take it already prepared.

I have half and half pork and beef.

2. Take breadcrumbs and fill them with 100 ml. milk. I make them from white bread crumbs. Mix everything thoroughly so that they swell a little.

3. Break one chicken egg into the minced meat. Then add crackers mixed with milk.

4. Knead the minced meat thoroughly so that all products are mixed until smooth.

I do this with my hands, but you can use a spoon.

5. Peel one onion. Then chop it finely.
