Today I want to offer an almost lean recipe without eggs, for which we will use milk. I love these pancakes with apples, but you can add any fruit or berries to your taste.

You will need

  • 250 ml milk;
  • 5 g dry yeast;
  • 230 g flour;
  • 2.5 tbsp. Sahara;
  • ¼ tsp. salt;
  • ¼ tsp. soda;
  • 1 apple;
  • vegetable oil.

Cooking process

1. Mix yeast, warm milk (50 ml) and a teaspoon of sugar. Lightly stir the dough and leave for 15-20 minutes - it should “earn”, that is, become covered with foam.

2. Sift the flour, mix with salt, remaining sugar and soda. Pour the remaining milk and dough into the dry mixture, mix well. The consistency of the dough should resemble thick sour cream.

3. Add a tablespoon of vegetable oil to the dough and mix again. Cover the dough and let it rise for 20-30 minutes.
