Hello, dear readers! Today I was thinking about what to please my son for breakfast and remembered the traditional dish of my childhood. Fluffy, tasty, with wonderful holes inside - this is how they prepared pancakes with yeast and water at my home. A minimum of products: satisfying and economical, and the taste is no different from those prepared with milk. It’s very easy to make – perfect when you don’t know what to serve in the morning.
You can prepare it with dry or raw pressed yeast. If you really don’t have time, I recommend dry yeast - it works quickly. But fresh ones raise the dough many times better: they are what produce those airy and fluffy pancakes.
