Of course, you don’t have to add it to the dough, but fry the pancakes in oil in a frying pan. And yet, you can do without it altogether if you have a good non-stick frying pan. On a hot frying pan, place a small amount of dough using a spoon, forming pancakes.
Place the frying pan on the stove and fry the pancakes for 3 minutes on each side, over low heat until golden brown. If you get a darker crust, don’t be alarmed, they are not burnt, that’s how the banana turns black.
Ready-made oatmeal pancakes can be served.
