  9. Pour the required amount of vegetable oil into the frying pan and heat it up a little. Using a spoon, spread the dough into it, trying to give the future pancakes a beautiful shape.
  10. When the bottom of the pancakes becomes sufficiently brown, you can turn them over with a spatula to the opposite side.
  11. At this moment they will rise strongly.
  12. Use all the dough in the same way.
  13. Whey pancakes are ready!

  • whey – 350 grams;

  2. Whey, kefir at room temperature and sunflower oil in an amount of 50-60 ml are poured into the resulting mass. Then you should sift the flour so that it is saturated with oxygen. Wheat flour is gradually introduced into the container with the egg mixture. When adding flour, the mixture should be stirred constantly to prevent the appearance of lumps.
