Mix yeast, sugar and half a glass of warm water. Pour a glass of flour into a bowl, pour water with yeast into it and stir. Mix again, place in a warm place for 15 minutes and cover with a cloth.

  • flour – 2 cups;
  • cottage cheese – 0.5 kg;
  • eggs – 4 pcs.;
  • sugar – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • salt – 0.5 teaspoon;
  • baking soda, slaked with vinegar - 1 teaspoon.

Preparation

Beat eggs with sugar, add salt and mix. Grind the cottage cheese through a sieve or beat in a blender, combine with eggs and add soda, quenched with vinegar. Sift the flour and combine all the ingredients. The dough should be very soft. If it gets a little sticky, don't worry, it's supposed to be that way.   • low-fat cottage cheese – 0.3 kg;
  • flour – 7 tbsp. spoon;
  • eggs – 2 pcs.;

  • baking powder – 1 sachet.

Preparation

Combine cottage cheese with eggs, butter, salt, add baking powder and knead everything until smooth. It is convenient to use a blender for these purposes. You will need:

  • flour – 1 kg;
  • a glass of cool water;
  • salt – 1 tsp;
  • sugar – 1 tbsp. l.;
  • butter or margarine – 0.5 kg;
  • dried apricots – 0.2 kg;
  • cottage cheese – 180-200 g;
  • oil for the frying pan.

Without ready-made dough, the process of making pies will take 2 hours.

Mix 2 tablespoons of melted butter with salt and place in sifted flour. Gradually add water while kneading the dough. Dust the board with flour and place the dough on it. Roll it out with a rolling pin. Cut the cold butter into small pieces and place them in the center of the dough, then roll it up and put it in the refrigerator.

After half an hour, take out the dough and roll it out so that the butter is not squeezed out from the edges. Cut it into several equal parts and stack them on top of each other in layers. Roll out again, divide into equal parts and stack them on top of each other.

Place in the refrigerator for 15 minutes. Roll out and fold in layers this way a couple more times.

Wash the dried apricots thoroughly, chop and mix with cottage cheese and sugar.

Ingredients : cottage cheese (400 grams), margarine (200 grams), soda (half a teaspoon), flour (3.5 cups), salt, vanillin, sugar.

Cooking method

Grind the cottage cheese and add melted margarine. Mix everything well, add a little salt (on the tip of a knife). Quench soda with vinegar. Pour into the sifted flour and mix everything. Knead the dough - it turns out soft and sticks a little to your hands. It doesn’t matter - we leave it to ripen - put half in the freezer, divide the other half into 10 lumps and roll out into circles 5mm thick.
