There is a recipe that is great for making a quick breakfast or homemade dinner. Many people know it as - pancakes with sausage and cheese in a frying pan. Both children and adults love this dish. Because everyone loves classic pancakes.
There are several recipes. All of them differ in the composition of ingredients and base. Ingredients may include: sausage, cheese, tomatoes. The base may also vary. Namely: kefir, milk, water, sour cream, egg. Flour is added as desired.
Let's bake pancakes with filling according to different recipes to choose the best one.
How to make cheese pancakes with sausage with milk:
1.
Break 2 eggs into a deep bowl and beat with a whisk. Add 0.5 cups of milk and mix everything well, salt to taste.
2.
Cut the sausage into cubes and place in a bowl with the eggs.
3.
Grate the cheese on a coarse grater and also pour it into a bowl.
4.
We wash the tomatoes in small pieces and (as you guessed it) add them to all the other products in a bowl.
5.
We also add finely chopped greens (in my case dill, you can take any greens to your taste)
6.
Add flour to the bowl in parts (see the amount of flour according to the thickness of the resulting mass) the dough should be medium thick. Salt and pepper to taste.
7.
Place tablespoons of the resulting dough onto the vegetable oil heated in a frying pan and fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown.

Pizza style pancakes. I add everything that is in the refrigerator. Always a new taste
One of our favorite pancake recipes. Pancakes always come out with a different taste. I add to the dough what I usually use in pizza toppings. That’s why we call these pancakes “pizza” style. You can add mushrooms, chicken, sausage, herbs, olives, onions, sausage cheese, pieces of vegetables. It always turns out delicious!
I grate the cheese on a fine grater. I add finely chopped ham, tomatoes, olives and some herbs.
This includes eggs, a little sour cream, salt, kefir and at the very end - soda. I mix it all up.
Gradually add sifted flour. I mix again.
The dough should be thick. Here you can see the consistency:
I let the dough sit for about 15 minutes and fry the pancakes in a frying pan with heated vegetable oil. Then I lay them out on a paper towel.
Best served hot. But even when cold, these pancakes are no less tasty. If you love pizza, you will definitely love this recipe!
How I prepare these pancakes, see the video below at 05:31. There are also 4 more recipes - pancakes with kefir (a few secrets on how to make the pancakes always turn out fluffy), pancakes with onions, unusual pancakes made from vegetable puree and a snack recipe - pancakes with sausage.

Recipe with garlic
The aroma of garlic goes perfectly with sausages and cheese. Thus, by adding literally 1-2 cloves to pancakes, we will get a completely new dish. It is, of course, better to serve it for dinner.
Required Products:
• 150 grams of boiled sausage; • 150 g hard cheese; • 0.6 kg of flour; • a bag of dry yeast; • garlic – 5 cloves; • water – one and a half glasses; • salt and sugar – a teaspoon each.
Chop the garlic in any convenient way, pour in a quarter glass of hot water. Cut the sausage into small cubes or lightly freeze in the freezer and grate coarsely. Do the same with cheese.
Using flour, water, salt, yeast and sugar, knead the dough a little thinner than for regular pies. Add the rest of the ingredients and let it rise for 2 hours.
Roll out the dough into a 10 mm thick layer and cut out circles from it using a glass. Fry them in oil until golden. Lubricate the finished products with garlic infusion and place in the oven (+200 °C) for 2 minutes.
The dish is best consumed with sour cream or washed down with fermented baked milk.

Pancakes with yogurt or kefir
The delicious version of pancakes described here is distinguished by its tenderness, fluffiness and simplicity. You don't need to quench baking soda with vinegar, whose presence in a dish often leads to heartburn. Natural kefir or yogurt will act as an acidity regulator.
Prepare the following ingredients:
• flour – 0.45 kg; • kefir – a glass; • hard cheese – 100 g; • smoked sausage – 150 g; • salt, sugar and soda – half a teaspoon each.
The entire volume of kefir is poured into a bowl, soda is added to it. When bubbles appear, add:
• sausage cut into small cubes and grated cheese; • flour and granulated sugar.
Knead the dough to the consistency of thick sour cream and leave to rise for 10 minutes. Next, heat a frying pan on the stove and pour oil into it. When it starts to crackle, reduce the flame to medium and start adding a tablespoon of the mixture.
Pancakes are fried for 2 minutes on each side. They are served hot, with sour cream or ketchup.
