3) Mix the egg and salt well.

4) Add 400 grams of sifted flour.

5) Pour in one tablespoon of vegetable oil. Mix with flour.

6) Add 200 ml of boiling water. Mix with a spoon.

7) Knead the dough with your hands. Add flour if necessary.

8) Let the dough rest on the table for 15 minutes.

9) Sprinkle the dumpling maker with flour.

10) Roll out a thin layer of dough. Place it on the mold so that the edges protrude slightly.

11) Place the filling into the recesses. Cover with a second layer of dough. Walk on top with a rolling pin.
