  • dumplings – 0.5 kg;
  • salt - 5 g;
  • pepper – 3 g;

  • vegetable oil – 60 ml;

Preparation:

  1. The first step is to cook dumplings from a pack. They should remain damp.
  2. Then you need to get rid of excess water, pour in oil and add seasonings. The boiled products are carefully placed in the prepared pots. Sour cream is evenly distributed on top.
  3. The finishing touch is to close with lids (can be replaced with foil).
  4. Place the pots in the oven. It is preheated to 180 degrees. You need to bake the dish for about half an hour.

The pots are served hot, garnishing the contents with dill or mint leaves.

Cooking with cheese and mayonnaise

Dumplings with cheese and mayonnaise have a very appetizing crust. This dish is perfect as a hearty lunch.

Required Products:

  • two cloves of garlic;
  • half a kilogram of dumplings;
  • one onion;
  • a small jar of sour cream;
  • 150 grams of cheese;
  • any seasonings to your taste.

Cooking process:

  1. Distribute the dumplings in one layer in a baking dish, place chopped garlic and chopped fried onion next to them.
  2. Place the sour cream in a bowl; if it is too thick, add a little water, then the selected spices, mix.
  3. Fill the form with dumplings with this mixture, cover the top with finely grated cheese and put it in the oven for half an hour, preheating it to 180 degrees.

  1. Remove the sour cream from the refrigerator and place it on cheesecloth.

  3. We grate the cheese on a fine grater; you can also grind it in a food processor.

  4. Let the eggs sit at room temperature for about half an hour before cooking.
  5. Finely chop the greens or grind them in a blender, peel the onion and cut into rings or quarters.
  6. Cut the onion into strips.

Sauce

  1. Place the onion in a frying pan and add creamy margarine.
  2. Stir and fry over very low heat.

  3. After a minute, add salt and pepper and slightly increase the intensity of the heat.
  4. Warm the mixture a little under the lid closed, then remove from the stove and transfer to a bowl.
  5. Separately, pour the eggs into a deep bowl, add pepper and salt to them.

  6. Beat at medium speed for about a minute, then pour in the sour cream.

  7. Continue beating until the mass becomes homogeneous.

Did you know? Here it is appropriate to add other components to the sauce if desired, even completely non-standard ones: stewed bell peppers, tomatoes or even dried melon! However, try not to overload your sauce with ingredients, as the flavors will mix a lot and you may end up with a completely unexpected (and often unwanted) mixture.

Assembly and baking

  1. We set the oven to heat up to 180 degrees.
  2. Carefully grease the mold or baking sheet with sunflower oil.

  3. Pour the frozen dumplings into the prepared baking sheet and level them by hand.
  4. Cover the dumpling mass with fried onion, spreading it over the entire surface.

  5. Then distribute the sauce evenly, trying to ensure that its level is the same in any part of the pan.

  6. Sprinkle the mixture with grated cheese on top and lightly level it.
  7. Place the pan in the oven for approximately twenty minutes.

  8. Then cover it with foil and cook some more about ten minutes.

  9. Remove the finished dumplings from the oven and let them cool slightly.
  10. Carefully, trying not to damage the crust, transfer it to a serving dish.

Did you know? When baking dumplings using a multicooker, bake them in the “Baking” program or similar for about half an hour, and then be sure to open the lid and check visually for readiness. In the microwave, your dumplings should be cooked for about fifteen minutes on medium or low power, until golden brown.

With mushrooms

Required Products:

  • three spoons of sour cream;
  • two onions;
  • 0.5 kg dumplings;
  • 300 grams of mushrooms;
  • spices to your taste;
  • 100 grams of cheese.

Cooking process:

  1. Cut the mushrooms into thin slices, chop the onion in any way, fry in a frying pan until a beautiful color is formed, then pour in sour cream and season with spices. Simmer for a few more minutes. Add grated cheese here and stir until it melts.
  2. Cook the dumplings for about three minutes after boiling, take them out and put them in a mold. Pour in mushroom sauce and cook for about 15 minutes at 180 degrees.

How to bake with liver

Required Products:

  • packaging of dumplings;
  • a small jar of sour cream;
  • seasonings to taste;
  • one onion;
  • 0.3 kg beef liver;
  • 2 large spoons of tomato paste;
  • a glass of broth.

Cooking process:

  1. Place the dumplings in boiling water and cook for just a couple of minutes.
  2. At this time, fry the chopped onion and liver in pieces in a frying pan, do not forget to add spices.
  3. Bring the broth to a boil, mix with sour cream and tomato paste.
  4. Place the dumplings in the chosen form, with the liver on top, and fill the container with the prepared sauce. Keep the dish in an oven preheated to 200 degrees for 25 minutes.

Casserole "Lazy Wife"

An original version of baked dumplings would be a dish reminiscent of lasagna. An appetizing casserole served cut into squares and decorated with herbs.

Casserole ingredients:

  • eggs – 4 pcs.;
  • dumplings – 0.7 kg;
  • onions – 2 pcs.;
  • cheese – 120 g;
  • sour cream – 120 ml;
  • mayonnaise – 90 ml;
  • red pepper – 4 g;
  • salt – 3 g;
  • hops-suneli – 5 g.

Overview of cooking steps:

  1. Take a glass refractory mold. Coat it with oil using a pastry brush. Lay out the dumplings. Distribute them in an even layer. Season with pepper, salt, sprinkle with suneli hops.
  2. Chop the onion. Sauté it in a ceramic frying pan. Place on top of the dough products. Beat the eggs into a deep container. Combine them with sour cream and mayonnaise. Stir. Don't forget to add spices. Grate the cheese. To fill, you will need half of the prepared product.

Cooking process:

You can bake dumplings in a deep form made of heat-resistant material or in special ceramic pots.

  • frozen dumplings – 0.5 kg;
  • sour cream – 0.4 l;
  • cheese – 100 g;
  • onions – 0.2 kg;
  • butter – 100 g;
  • vegetable oil – 20 ml;
  • fresh herbs - to taste;
  • salt, pepper - to taste.
  • Peel the onions, cut into 4 parts, thinly slice each quarter.
  • Melt the butter in a deep frying pan. When it becomes liquid, add the onion. Fry it over medium heat until it turns golden brown.
  • Pour sour cream over the onion, add salt and spices. Simmer over low heat until the sour cream begins to boil and simmer for a couple of minutes.
  • Grease the mold with vegetable oil.
  • Place dumplings on the bottom of the pan without defrosting.
  • Pour sour cream sauce over them.
  • Place in the oven and bake at 180–200 degrees for half an hour.
  • Grate the cheese and sprinkle it over the dumplings 15 minutes before they are ready.

Serve the dumplings baked according to this recipe hot, arranged on plates and sprinkled with herbs.

  • frozen dumplings – 1 kg;
  • milk or cream – 0.8 l;
  • mayonnaise – 0.2 l;
  • cheese – 120 g;
  • vegetable oil - as much as needed for frying dumplings;
  • fresh herbs – 100 g;
  • salt, ground black pepper - to taste.
  • Heat the oil in a frying pan and place the dumplings in it so that they form one layer. Over medium heat, fry them on both sides until golden brown. Remove from pan and place in a bowl. Fry all the dumplings in this way.
  • Grease the baking pots with a small amount of oil. Distribute the dumplings among them. The quantity indicated in the recipe is for 4 servings, but you can make smaller portions by dividing the dumplings into 6 pots.
  • Heat the milk and mix it with salt and ground pepper.
  • Wash, dry and chop the greens with a knife. Whisk the milk with it.
  • Pour the milk into the pots.
  • Place 1.5–2 tablespoons of mayonnaise in each.
  • Finely grate the cheese and sprinkle the contents of the pots with it.
  • Cover them with lids.
  • Place the pots of dumplings on a baking sheet and place it in the oven.
  • Turn on the oven and wait until the temperature reaches 180 degrees. Half an hour later, remove the lids from the pots and leave them in the oven for 10 minutes.

Dumplings prepared in this way should be served in the same pots in which they were baked. Let them cool slightly before serving so you don't burn yourself on them.

  • beef – 0.3 kg;
  • pork – 0.3 kg;
  • water – 0.2 l;
  • flour – 0.45 kg;
  • salt - to taste;
  • cream 30 percent fat – 0.2 l;
  • sour cream – 100 ml;
  • mayonnaise – 100 ml;
  • onions – 100 g;
  • garlic – 4 cloves;
  • fresh mushrooms (champignons are also suitable) – 0.45 kg;
  • black pepper - to taste.
  • Combine sifted flour, salt and water. Knead the dough.
  • Place the dough in a bowl, cover with a cloth and leave for half an hour.
  • Wash the beef and pork, dry with a napkin, cut into medium pieces. Scroll the meat through a meat grinder, alternating pieces of beef and pork. Stir.
  • Add pepper and salt to the minced meat, stir it again.
  • Roll out the dough and cut out circles using a glass. Place a spoonful of minced meat in the center of each and form dumplings. Roll out the remaining dough and also make dumplings out of it, filling it with prepared minced meat.
  • Boil water in a large saucepan, add salt and pepper. It would be nice to add a few laurel leaves.
  • Place the dumplings in boiling water, wait until they float to the surface, and then cook for a couple of minutes.
  • Combine mayonnaise, sour cream and cream. Stir them until the mass reaches a homogeneous consistency.
  • Peel the garlic and pass through a press. Mix with sauce.
  • Cut the mushrooms into thin slices or small pieces.
  • Place the dumplings in the pots, distributing them approximately equally.
  • Place mushrooms on dumplings.
  • Peel the onion and cut it into thin half rings. Sprinkle them over mushroom dumplings.
  • Pour the sauce over everything.
  • Cover the pots with a lid and place in the oven.
  • After reaching 180 degrees in the oven, bake the dumplings in it for 25 minutes. It is advisable to remove the lids from the pots 5 minutes before they are ready. At this time, the dumplings can be sprinkled with grated cheese and chopped dill, although this is not necessary.

Cooking option with eggs

Required Products:

  • 0.4 kg dumplings;
  • 100 grams of sour cream;
  • spices to your taste;
  • two eggs.

Cooking process:

  1. Mix sour cream with eggs, add seasonings, such as salt and black pepper. You can also add fresh herbs.
  2. Place the dumplings in a small pan and completely cover with the prepared sauce, then bake for 30 minutes at 200 degrees.

Dumplings fried in the oven on a baking sheet

Required Products:

  • one onion;
  • 100 grams of mayonnaise;
  • 70 grams of cheese;
  • 0.1 kg each of sour cream and butter;
  • kilogram of sour cream;
  • spices to your taste.

Cooking process:
