Ingredients:

  • 3 pcs. chicken eggs,
  • 1 tbsp. spoon of fat milk,
  • any spices,
  • salt
  • fat for greasing the bowl (for example, 1 tsp butter).

Cooking

  1. First, cold milk is poured over the eggs. These ingredients are mixed thoroughly with a fork or whisk. Table salt and selected spices are immediately added to the mixture.
  2. The butter is melted in the bowl of the “smart pan”. A fragrant egg-milk mixture is poured on top of it.
  3. In the “Frying” program, cooking takes 6-7 minutes.

To give the dish a light creamy flavor, you can sprinkle the finished hot “chatterbox” with grated cheese. If you add this ingredient while mixing the ingredients, it will thicken the consistency of the dish.

Fluffy omelette with cheese

Components:

  • Chicken eggs – 5 pieces;
  • 300 ml milk or cream;
  • A piece of hard cheese per 100 grams;
  • A little butter;
  • 1 large spoon of semolina;
