- During cooking, salt the dish, add bay leaf and black pepper to it.
- When the multicooker beeps, remove the meat and transfer it to a plate. Leave it to cool for a while.
- Before serving, cut the finished meat into thin layers.
How to cook “Meat in foil in a slow cooker”
1. The recipe for cooking meat in foil in a slow cooker is quite simple. First you need to wash and dry the meat. In this case, pork loin is used, but you can also use other meat.
2. Lightly press and peel the garlic. Rinse under running water.
3. One of the main secrets of this dish is the marinade. To prepare it, you need to combine dried basil, thyme, rosemary and black peppercorns. Add garlic and grind with a blender or mortar until smooth. You can also add other spices, such as paprika or hot chili pepper.
4. Then add salt and mix thoroughly again. Add olive oil to the spicy mixture and mix gently with a spoon. The aromatic and very tasty marinade is ready.
5. Coat the pork loin generously with the mixture. If desired, you can make small cuts on the meat so that the marinade is better absorbed. Wrap the meat in foil and refrigerate for 1-1.5 hours to allow it to soak well. Then turn on the multicooker in the Frying or Baking mode for 20 minutes. After this, turn on the Stew mode for 1 hour (it may take a little longer, depending on the size of the piece).
6. That's the whole simple recipe for meat in foil in a slow cooker. You can serve it with your favorite side dish or put it on sandwiches.
Preparation:
- Cut the pork into small pieces. Pour vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and place the chopped meat.
- Grate the carrots on a coarse grater and finely chop the onion. Add vegetables to meat.
- Close the lid of the multicooker and set the “frying” mode for half an hour (depending on the hardness of the meat). As a rule, 20 minutes is enough.
- After the time has passed, add water and bay leaf to the meat. Season with salt and pepper to your taste.
- Dissolve the flour in a small amount of water and carefully add it to the gravy.
- Mix everything thoroughly. Close the lid of the multicooker and set the “quenching” mode. Set the timer for 1 hour. If the pork is too tough, simmer it for about another hour.
- Potatoes, pasta or rice are perfect as a side dish for goulash.
Steamed beef in a slow cooker
For this recipe you will need:
- – beef – 400g
- – olive oil – 1 tbsp.
- - paprika - 1 tbsp.
- – garlic – 3 cloves
- - salt pepper.
- The first step is to prepare the meat. To do this, the beef must be washed well. To prevent steamed meat from becoming tough, it should be soaked in a saline solution for a couple of hours (1 teaspoon of salt per 100 grams of water).
- The piece of beef now needs to be rubbed with spices. Mix pepper, paprika and minced garlic with olive oil. Rub the resulting marinade onto both sides of the piece.
- Pour the required amount of water into the multicooker bowl (so that the water barely reaches the steam container). Place the meat in a steam container and place it in the multicooker bowl. Select the "Oven Cook" mode and set the time to 30 minutes.
Before serving, cut the beef into slices. The dish can be complemented with various sauces.
Experts unanimously classify beef as the most valuable type of meat. It contains a lot of elements that the body needs, but not so much fat. To preserve all the beneficial qualities of the product, it is best to cook it in a slow cooker.

Pork baked in a slow cooker - basic cooking principles
With the advent of the multicooker, housewives no longer have to worry that the meat will burn or remain tough. This kitchen appliance will make the pork incredibly juicy and flavorful.
Pork can be baked in one piece, made into a roll or cut into slices.
To make the meat flavorful and cook faster, it is marinated for several hours. The marinade is prepared using soy juice, olive oil, fruit or citrus juice. Spicy herbs, mustard, garlic and other ingredients are added to it.
For baking, it is better to take a pork neck or a good piece of tenderloin with a thin layer of fat.
You can bake pork in a sleeve, foil, or simply by placing it in a multicooker bowl.
Beef meat with potatoes
You don't need any special work to cook meat and potatoes. And the resulting dish will look like it came out of a Russian oven. This option is just for busy housewives.

How to cook
Step 1
The meat is cut into small pieces.
Having set the frying mode, heat the bowl with oil, lay out the meat and brown for a couple of minutes. After stirring, fry for another five minutes.
Place onion half rings on top. There is no need to mix them with meat. After setting the simmer mode for half an hour, add a little water if desired and cover with a lid.
Step 2
After cooking is complete, add diced potatoes. You don’t need to add any salt or pepper, you don’t even need to stir. Just add another half an hour to the simmering mode.
Then add spices, pepper, and salt. You can also use fresh garlic. Mix everything properly, simmer under the lid for about five minutes and serve hot.
Recipe No. 1. Whole piece of pork
- 1 kg pork tenderloin;
- 4 tsp. mustard;
- garlic (4 cloves are enough);
- 2 tsp. liquid honey;
- different spices.
1. We buy a whole piece of pork at the market. This could be the tenderloin or the neck. The main thing is the absence of bones in the meat. Take a sharp knife. We make small cuts in the meat. We put halves of garlic cloves into them. Then rub the pork with spices and salt.
2. Make a mixture of mustard and honey. You need to lubricate the seasoned piece of meat with it. Wrap it all in film and put it in the refrigerator for a couple of hours. During this time, the meat will marinate. We take it out, place it in the multicooker bowl and cook for 2.5-3 hours in the “Stew” mode. For uniform frying, it is necessary to periodically turn the meat from side to side. As a result, we will get juicy and incredibly tender pork in a piece in a slow cooker. The recipes described below are also easy to follow. The main thing is to strictly follow the instructions.
Pork in a slow cooker Redmond: pork knuckle roll
Such a roll can be considered not only an everyday dish, but also part of a holiday menu. Please your family and guests with slices of juicy and flavorful pork, and they will appreciate your culinary talents.
To prepare pork shanks in the Redmond multicooker, you need to prepare the following:
- pork knuckle – 1.5 kg;
- onions – 2 pcs.;
- bay leaf – 2-3 pcs.;
- garlic – 3-4 cloves;
- salt - to taste;
- spices (black and allspice, coriander) - to taste.
To make pork roll in the Redmond multicooker, follow the instructions:
- The first step is to properly prepare the meat. Place the shank in a deep bowl and cover with cold water, let the meat sit for about half an hour, then take it out and carefully scrape the skin with a knife to scrape off everything unnecessary. Then wash the knuckle again under strong water, make a cut along the entire length and remove the pit. To keep the pork soft and well-saturated with spices, you can lightly beat it.
- In a separate small bowl, mix salt, pepper and coriander; you can use other seasonings to suit your taste. Peel the garlic and pass it through a press, combine it with spices. Rub the meat with the resulting mass, roll it into a tight roll and secure it with a strong thread.
- Remove the peel from the onion, rinse it thoroughly and place it in the bowl of the Redmond multicooker. Cut the bulbs in half and also immerse them in a container. Place a few bay leaves and a little salt in there. Place the pork knuckle in a slow cooker and fill it with water so that it completely covers the knuckle.
- Activate the “Stew” option on the control panel and leave the dish to cook for 2.5 hours.
- When the time is up, remove the roll from the Redmond multicooker, let it cool completely, and then put it in the refrigerator for 2-3 hours.
- Before serving, remove all threads and cut the shank into thin slices.
This dish can be used as a cold appetizer, and you can also make delicious and satisfying sandwiches from the roll.
Step-by-step cooking recipe
The snack turns out just perfect! Hot with aromatic potatoes - a great dinner for the whole family. And when served cold, with fresh vegetables, it is an excellent snack for lunch in hot weather.
1. Clean the meat, rinse it with ice water and dry it well. I have made this boiled pork several times already - with carbonate, and with a shoulder blade, and with a thigh.
2. Mix soy sauce with wine and syrup. Take a syringe and prick the meat with the solution on all sides in a checkerboard pattern. After each injection, massage a little to marinate the meat better. Place in a sealed container in the cold for a couple of hours, or more.
3. Take out the meat and stuff it with garlic sticks, also in a checkerboard pattern. I entrust the job of injections and punctures to the youngest - he does a great job!
4. Mix the spices and grind in a mortar, add a little salt and add oil, grind into a paste. Rub the paste over the meat on all sides, tie it with kitchen thread so that the meat can then be cut thinly, and pack in foil.
5. Crimp the foil and place the meat in the pressure cooker bowl. You can simply place it, or you can put the peeled potatoes in halves on the bottom of the bowl, pour a little dry wine over it, salt and generously season with pepper, add a little flakes of butter on it and end up with a wonderful aromatic side dish. And on top of the potato-meat in foil.
6. Now close the lid and set the Roast mode, time -30 minutes. And we all mind our own business. After 40-45 minutes, taking into account the time for acceleration and release of steam, we get a wonderful lunch. No heat, no smells!

Pork in a slow cooker Redmond in French
Pork in French is rightfully considered one of the most popular dishes on the holiday table. Thanks to such an assistant as the Redmond multicooker, the process of cooking meat in this way has become much easier. Let's look at the list of products you will need for French pork:
- pork pulp – 0.4 kg;
- onions – 2 pcs.;
- potatoes – 4 pcs. medium size;
- tomatoes – 1-2 pcs.;
- sour cream – 4-5 tbsp;
- hard cheese – 200 g;
- vegetable oil – 3-4 tbsp;
- salt, black pepper - to taste.
Method for cooking pork in French in a Redmond multicooker:
- Rinse the meat under running water and dry it with paper towels. Then cut the pulp into slices approximately 1.5-2 cm thick.
- In a separate container, mix salt and pepper, rub the resulting mixture onto each piece of pork.
- Peel the onion and chop it into half rings. Pour a few tablespoons of vegetable oil into the bowl of the Redmond multicooker, put pieces of meat there, and cover them with onions on top.
- Remove the peel from the potatoes, wash the tubers and cut into slices. Place the ingredient in the slow cooker, placing it in the next layer on top of the onion and add a little salt.
- Chop the tomatoes into thin slices and distribute them evenly over the potatoes. Then pour sour cream over everything and sprinkle with hard cheese.
- Place the Redmond multicooker in the “Bake” mode and cook the dish for about 1 hour.
