1) Peel the onions and carrots. Remove wilted and spoiled leaves from cabbage.

2) Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots, pour boiling water over the tomato, then remove the skin from it, then cut the pepper and tomato into small cubes.

3) Add the prepared vegetables to the multicooker bowl, salt them, add vegetable oil.

4) Fry the vegetables on the “Fry” mode for 5 minutes. We do not close the lid. Don't forget to stir the ingredients.

5) Peel and cut the sausages into thin slices while the vegetables are fried.

For this dish, you can use the pulp from any part of the pork carcass. It shouldn't be too greasy. Rinse the meat with running water and dry with a paper towel. Cut the pulp into small pieces, 2-3 cm.

But you don’t need too much water: over time, cabbage of any variety will release juice. There should be a little water at the bottom of the multicooker bowl; this should be a stew, not a boiled one. After the second stirring, taste the cabbage. If necessary, add salt, pepper or spices.

The finished cabbage can be left on the “warm” mode for another 20-30 minutes, this will make the dish even more flavorful and the ingredients softer and tastier.
