Red fish in foil in the oven - basic cooking principles
The fish is cleaned of scales, the tail, fins and head are removed. Gutted and washed. Prepared red fish can be baked in one piece, or cut into steaks or fillets.
The fish is seasoned with aromatic herbs, salted and left for some time to marinate. Then the red fish is placed on a sheet of foil, the remaining ingredients are added according to the recipe, and wrapped. Place in the oven, preheated to 200 C, and bake for about an hour. Attention! Vegetables can be added or replaced. Bell peppers, carrots, cauliflower, greens (any) go well with red fish.
So! Whole salmon needs to be cut. To do this, cut off the head, remove the scales and cut into portions. Next we prepare according to the recipe.
1. Place the steaks in a separate bowl and rub the fillets with salt, spices and lemon juice. Each piece should be well soaked in the marinade.
2. Fish pieces should sit for about 10 - 15 minutes.

Recipe 1. Red fish in foil in the oven
one and a half kg of trout;
half a bunch of dill and parsley;
five lettuce leaves;

1. For this recipe, it is better to use a whole fish carcass. Wash the trout, remove scales and remove fins, tail and head. Gut the insides. Rinse again and blot with napkins. Place the carcass on a board, sprinkle it generously with salt and spices, not forgetting the inside.

300 g of red fish (salmon, trout or salmon);
spices for fish;
50 ml lemon juice;
60 ml vegetable oil.
1. Clean the scales from the fish, remove the tail, head and fins. We gut it and cut it into portioned steaks. Wash the chopped fish, dry it with disposable towels and place it on a board. Salt, pepper and sprinkle each steak with spices. Sprinkle with lemon juice and leave to marinate for 20 minutes.
