How to prepare “Snack on skewers “Amanita”” step by step with photos at home
To prepare the appetizer, we will need quail eggs, small tomatoes, mayonnaise, garlic, dill and lettuce. If you cook for children, I recommend replacing mayonnaise with homemade sour cream.
Pour cold water over quail eggs and cook. They cook quickly: 4-5 minutes from the moment the water boils. Place the eggs in cold water.
Peel the eggs, cut off the top and carefully remove the yolk.
Tomatoes, if the size is ideal, cut in half, cut out a little pulp. My tomatoes were slightly different, so I selected them according to the size of the eggs.
Grind the yolks until smooth, squeeze the garlic through a press, add finely chopped dill and a spoonful of mayonnaise. Mix well.
Fill the eggs with the resulting mixture.
Alternately thread tomatoes and eggs onto skewers. Decorate the tomato cap with dots of mayonnaise or sour cream. Arrange the lettuce leaves on a platter and place the prepared skewers. Bon appetit!

We invite you to familiarize yourself with: Planting parsley with roots and seeds in open ground, caring for greenery
Ingredients:
- Ham 120 g
- Cheese 100 g
- Cherry tomatoes 15 pieces
- Mayonnaise 2 tablespoons
- Greens 1 bunch
- Chicken egg 3 pieces
- Cucumbers 2 pieces
- Grate boiled eggs and cheese on a fine grater. Cut the ham into small cubes. In a deep bowl, mix eggs, cheese, ham and mayonnaise.
- Cut cherry tomatoes in half. Cut the cucumber into rings half a centimeter thick. All the components of the snack are ready, all that remains is to assemble them into an original composition.
- Place chopped greens on a flat dish, which will serve as a clearing for fly agaric mushrooms. Absolutely any greens that you have on hand will do: onions, dill, parsley, etc.
- Place slices of cucumbers on top of the greens, which will serve as the basis for the mushrooms. Form small balls from a mixture of eggs, cheese and ham. If such a ball is flattened from above and below, you will get a barrel that will serve as the stem of the mushroom.
- Place the resulting legs on the cucumbers. On top we put red caps made from halves of cherry tomatoes. To give the already beautiful appetizer a finished look, all that remains is to paint white dots of mayonnaise on the red caps. The easiest way to do this is with a regular toothpick.
Cod liver can be replaced with any traditional filling for stuffed eggs (Jewish salad of processed cheese, finely chopped salad of crab sticks or canned fish salad, herring caviar, thick squash caviar, liver or sprat pate, pea puree, mixed with yolk and mayonnaise ). If the filling remains, it doesn’t matter, you can spread it on bread and you’ll get an excellent sandwich.
Ingredients:
- Hard-boiled eggs – 10 pieces;
- Canned cod liver – about 200 g;
- Mayonnaise – 2 teaspoons;
- Greens (dill, parsley) – 5-6 sprigs;
- Black tea in bags – 2 bags.
- Wash the eggs and place in cold water. Add salt (to prevent cracking). After the water boils, cook for 10 minutes. Cool the boiled eggs in cold water and peel.
- Divide the egg into a stem and a cap. Place each egg and cut crosswise into 2 unequal parts - larger and smaller. The larger part (about 2/3 of the length of the egg) will become the stuffed mushroom stem, and the smaller part (1/3 of the length of the egg) will be the cap of the boletus mushroom. Remove the yolks - they go into the filling.
- Color the mushroom caps. Place tea bags in boiling water. Boil for 5 minutes, remove the bags from the pan, turn off. Place small pieces of eggs (caps) into this tea and boil for coloring for 5 minutes (if longer, the caps will become almost black, this is not so interesting). If all the caps are not included in the pan, you can paint them in batches, one at a time. Remove the finished caps from the tea and dry on a paper towel.
- Stuff the mushroom eggs Prepare the filling: place the cod liver in a bowl and mash with a fork along with the yolks. Add mayonnaise, mix well. Stuff both parts of the eggs (the white leg and the brown cap) with filling and combine.
- Place the greens on a flat plate and place the prepared mushrooms on it (if the mushroom is unstable, the bottom of the egg can be cut off a little to make it even). Ingredients of the snack Preparing the filling Close-up of the future filling On the left are the caps, on the right are the legs Filling with yolks, cod liver and mayonnaise.
- You can also add finely chopped onion or garlic. Porcini mushrooms with brown caps and filling. Boletus mushrooms made from eggs are both beautiful and tasty. If you doubt whether the white of an egg is edible after coloring it with tea, everything is fine, you won’t even feel any aftertaste, there will be the usual taste of the egg.

Snack "Amanitas on the New Year's table"
Ingredients for the “Snack “Amanitas on the New Year’s Table””:
- Quail egg - 12 pcs;
- Cherry tomatoes (red) - 6 pcs;
- Cookies (“Cracker”, salted) - 24 pcs;
- Butter (green) - 80 g;
- Lettuce / Lettuce - to taste;
- Marinade sauce (Teriyaki from TM Kikkoman.) - 4 tbsp. l.;
- Mayonnaise - to taste.
Recipe for “Snack “Amanitas on the New Year’s Table””:
The main ingredients for the appetizer are quail eggs and cherry tomatoes.
Boiled quail eggs. I put them in salted, boiling water and cooked over medium heat for 5 minutes. Placed the eggs in cold water. Cleaned it up. I pricked each egg in several places with a toothpick, put it in a bowl and poured Kikkoman marinade sauce over it.
I prepared green butter for sandwiches. I borrowed 80 grams. For each serving I used two cookies, which I spread with green, aromatic butter and stacked one on top of the other. Green oil - chopped parsley, dill and leeks in a chopper. I put butter at room temperature and mixed it in a chopper.
Cherry tomatoes were cut into two parts and combined with an egg. If the half cherry cap does not want to stay on the egg stem, you can glue it with mayonnaise or fasten it with a toothpick. Just be sure to warn guests about this.
I put lettuce leaves on the spread cracker cookies, you can use any greens. I placed a mushroom in the center. I applied mayonnaise dots to the hat. The result was some nice fly agaric mushrooms.
A piece of bright, warm and sunny summer on a winter New Year's table will warm your soul on New Year's Eve!
Make fly agarics with your children. Bon appetit!
