You can serve this dish for a holiday if you want to surprise your guests. Its taste will not leave anyone indifferent. You can alternate pecheritsa with vegetables on skewers to make the kebab more original.

Ingredients:

  • champignons – 0.5 kg;
  • salt;
  • mayonnaise – 50 ml;
  • hot red pepper – 2 pinches;
  • soy sauce – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • khmeli-suneli - a quarter of a teaspoon;
  • ground ginger – 2-3 pinches;
  • black pepper - to your taste.

Cooking method:

  1. Before cooking the mushrooms, make the marinade. In a deep bowl, mix mayonnaise with soy sauce. Add all the seasonings and salt there. Stir and leave for a quarter of an hour.
  2. While the marinade is preparing, wash the mushrooms. Dry them with a napkin.
  3. Place the champignons in the container with the sauce and mix thoroughly. They must be marinated for at least one hour.
  4. Thread the mushrooms onto wooden skewers. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
  5. Place the skewers on a baking sheet and bake the dish for 20-25 minutes.

Baked champignons with buckwheat

Mushrooms prepared according to this recipe will turn out tasty, and the buckwheat will be crumbly with a pleasant garlic aroma.

We will need:

  • Buckwheat – half a glass;
  • Garlic – 2 cloves;
  • Large mushrooms – 7 pcs.;
  • Hard cheese (grated) – 7 tbsp. l.;
  • Sour cream (any fat content) – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • Vegetable oil – 2 tbsp. l.;
  • Fragrant spices (pepper, basil, mint).

Step by step process:

  1. Take 7 mushrooms, cut out the stems, grease the inside with vegetable oil.
  2. Meanwhile, cook the buckwheat, finely chop the champignon legs and fry.
  3. Then mix boiled buckwheat, fried mushrooms and chopped garlic, add some salt and season with sour cream.
  4. Place the caps on parchment paper in a mold and fill with the prepared filling. Sprinkle cheese on top.
  5. Select the temperature from 180 to 220 degrees and bake for 25 minutes.

You can serve this aromatic and satisfying dish with fresh vegetables: peppers, cucumbers or green peas.
