  • 1 medium-sized fish carcass;

  1. Gut the fish, remove the gills and rinse well in cool water.
  2. On the carcass along the ridge and tail, make cuts approximately every 5 - 7 mm.

The easiest way

The fastest way is to bake the fish in salt; no additional ingredients are required. First you need to wash it, clean it of mucus (leave the scales), remove the internal organs, gills and fins. Preheat the oven in advance, pour 0.7 kg of salt onto a baking sheet and place the carcass on it. Salt and pepper the inside of the bream with ground black pepper. Sprinkle the fish on top with the same amount of salt and wet it with water. It will bake for 40-50 minutes, the temperature is about 185 degrees.
