- Pollock fillet – 1 kg
- Onions - 2 heads
- Carrots - 1 large
- Sour cream – 100 g
- Cream - 150 ml
- Seasoning for fish - 1 tbsp. spoon
- Salt - to taste
Preparation:
❶ Cut the pollock into portions, sprinkle with salt and seasoning.
❷ Cut the onion into cubes, grate the carrots on a coarse grater.
❸ Pour a little vegetable oil into the multicooker bowl and add onions and carrots.
❹ Close the multicooker lid and set the “Bake” mode for 50 minutes.

Cooking method:
Remove the fins and entrails of the fish. Rinse with water. Cut into thin pieces. Pepper and salt. Leave for 20 minutes. Pour the wheat flour into a plate. Dredge fish pieces in flour. I put the frying pan on the stove. I pour in the oil and heat it up. I fry the pollock on each side over high heat. Make sure it doesn't burn.
To form a light golden brown crust, it is enough to wait 15–20 seconds. After the time has passed, turn it over. Peel the carrots and grate them on a coarse grater. Chop the onion and sauté, after a few minutes add the carrots. Simmer, stirring gently and avoiding burning. 8 minutes is enough.
Pour tomato paste diluted in water into the sauté. Simmer for additional time - 5 minutes. At the end, add salt, add peppercorns, throw in 1 bay leaf, and pour in vinegar. After adding acetic acid, seasonings, spices (optional), simmer the pollock over low heat for 10 minutes.
Pour the hot marinade over the browned fish. Leave the dish alone for 4 hours. If you haven't calculated the amount of dressing, add water. Helpful advice.
