  1. First of all, you need to pour filtered water into the pan and put the container on the fire.
  2. While the liquid base for the future soup is heating up, you need to peel the onion, cut it into cubes, saute them in a frying pan heated with oil until golden brown.

  3. Then you should add chopped carrots to the onion, fry the vegetables for 2-3 minutes, then set the container away from the heat.
  4. When the water boils in the pan, you need to put the peeled and cut into small cubes potatoes into it, add salt and pepper to the future soup, and boil the pieces of tubers until tender.

  • salt and ground black pepper - to taste.

To prepare the soup, you can use chicken breast or meat from any other part of the chicken that has been removed from skin, bones and cartilage.

If the tomato juice is too sour, you can add a small amount of granulated sugar to the frying.

  • 2.5 liters of water;
  • 400 g minced chicken;
  • 3–5 potatoes;
  • 1 onion;

  • 80 g small pasta;
  • 2 tbsp. l. vegetable oil;
  • 1 bay leaf;
  • salt and ground black pepper - to taste;
  • fresh dill.

  • 900 grams of chicken (you can take thighs or wings);
  • a couple of medium-sized carrots;
  • 1 large onion;
  • 2 celery;
  • a teaspoon (without top) of ground pepper;
  • water (about three liters);
  • bay leaf (2 pieces);
  • salt;
  • greenery.

Ingredients for noodles:

  • 6 yolks;
  • a glass of flour;
  • egg;
  • 30 milliliters of water;
  • salt.

Every housewife knows that chicken cooks quickly. But you shouldn’t rush to get a rich broth. After putting the chicken to cook, you can start preparing the egg noodles.

Cooking steps:

  1. For the broth you need to take one onion and carrot. Place them together with the celery in a saucepan, add the meat and fill with water.
  2. We light the gas and wait until the contents of the pan boil. Then you need to remove the foam and cover the pan with a lid. We turn the heat to minimum and cook for at least one and a half hours.
  3. Now you can make noodles. First, beat the yolks. Gradually add water, egg, and then salt. Mix thoroughly.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the flour. Knead the dough for about 8-10 minutes. It is very important not to overdo it. As soon as you get a smooth and homogeneous dough, stop kneading. Wrap it in film and wait about half an hour.
  5. The dough turns out quite a lot, so it will have to be divided into 2-3 parts. Roll each of them into a thin crust. Sprinkle with flour and roll into loose tubes, then cut into strips (across the tubes). To do this, take the sharpest knife possible so that during the cutting process we apply the minimum pressure on our dough.
  6. Place the noodles on a board or table and let them dry for half an hour.
  7. While our noodles are drying, chop the carrots and onions.
  8. Remove chicken and vegetables from the broth. The meat should be separated from the bones.
  9. Add fresh vegetables to the broth. Season with spices and salt. After the water boils, cook for about 15 minutes.
  10. Add the noodles and cook for another 3 minutes.
  11. Add chicken meat, after which the fire should be extinguished.

This dish is so easy to prepare that even a young cook can handle it without much effort, let alone experienced housewives. Let's get started!

You will need:

  • Potatoes – 2-3 pcs;

Pour cold water into the pan and bring it to a boil under the lid. Then we put the prepared potatoes and carrots into boiling water. Cook with the lid slightly open after boiling again for 10 minutes. During this time, the potato pieces will be completely boiled, which will give the broth a special richness.

Prepare the rest of the vegetables. Grate the carrots and cut the onion into small pieces.

Pour vegetable oil into a frying pan and heat it. Add carrots and onions and fry, stirring, for 10 minutes.

When the carrots and finely chopped potatoes have boiled for the allotted time, throw the rest of the potatoes, cut into medium pieces, into the water.

  • 3 cloves garlic - minced
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 1 carrot, large - 3-4 ounces
  • 2 tablespoons tomato paste
  • 1/4 cup tomato sauce - optional
  • 1 1/4 cups lentils - I used a mixture of green, red and black lentils, but only green will do.
