  • Soy sauce

We clean the fish fillet from bones. Grind the onion and fish through a meat grinder. Add eggs to them.

Boil the rice until half done and mix with the minced fish.

We wash the rice, fill it with water and turn it on to gas. We will boil until half cooked.

Cut the onion into half rings, and cut the carrots into three on a coarse grater.

Fry in vegetable oil until the onion is golden brown, add tomato paste and fry for another 5-7 minutes.

Salt and pepper the minced meat and add half-cooked rice. Mix.
