Friends, at first glance, such a dish as minced chicken roll with egg seems difficult to prepare. But this is absolutely not true. Preparing this meat recipe is not at all difficult, it takes little time to prepare, and the hot appetizer looks very impressive.

A minced chicken roll with an egg inside is a dish that combines several flavors at once, which cannot but please lovers of tasty and satisfying food.


The basis of the dish is minced chicken. You can use a ready-made one - then you will save your effort and time on grinding poultry meat in a meat grinder. But I don’t trust the minced meat that I see on the shelves of our stores, because I doubt the quality of this semi-finished product. Therefore, for such dishes I always prepare my own homemade minced meat, into which I also add onions and a piece of bun soaked in milk.

In addition to chicken meat, in this recipe you can use turkey, which is superior to chicken in its dietary properties.

Now, let's look at how to make a minced chicken roll with an egg.

Minced meatloaf with egg inside in the oven

The recipe contains two types of minced meat, complementing each other perfectly. Chicken will add tenderness, pork will share the fat.

Take:

  • Minced pork – 500 gr.
  • Minced chicken – 500 gr.
  • White bread - 4 slices.
  • Milk – 150 ml.
  • Eggs – 5 pcs.
  • Garlic – 4 cloves.
  • Green onions - a few feathers.
  • Onion – 2 heads.
  • Paprika, black pepper, salt.

Step by step recipe:

Boil the eggs hard in advance.

Pour milk over the bread pieces, leave, let the bread soften. Then squeeze out the slices and crumble.

Chop the onion heads into small cubes and place in a frying pan in heated oil. Fry until lightly browned, seasoning with a pinch of paprika as you go.

Combine both types of minced meat in a deep container, season with pepper and add salt.

Crush the garlic cloves with a press and place in a bowl.

Add crumbled bread. Mix the contents thoroughly so that the additional components are distributed throughout the minced meat.

Initially, the minced meat for cooking should be quite liquid. If this does not happen, replace the soaked bread with breadcrumbs.

Chop the green onions.

Transfer the fried onions to the bowl with the meat.

Let's start forming the roll. For convenience, I advise you to do this immediately on a baking sheet. Place a double sheet of foil on a baking sheet. Lay out the meat mixture. Flatten and shape into a square or rectangle. The thickness of the layer is approximately 2 centimeters.

In the center, make a strip of green onions of sufficient width, as in the photo.

Place boiled eggs on top in a chain, close to each other.

To ensure that the eggs fit tightly inside, cut off a little white from both ends.

Helping with a sheet of foil, begin to roll the roll into a thick sausage shape.

Pack it tightly, trim it, and securely fasten the ends.

Place the workpiece on the middle level of the oven, preheated to 200 o C. Cooking time - 40 minutes.

Remove the roll from the oven and unwrap it. Return for further baking for another quarter of an hour.

As a result, a delicious golden brown crust will appear on the surface of the meatloaf.

  • Onion - 1 piece;
  • Chicken eggs - 6 pcs;

How to make chicken egg rolls:

1. First of all, let's deal with the basis of future rolls - minced meat. Place it in a separate bowl, add the onion chopped in a blender, salt and pepper to taste. Next, 100 g is added. white bread soaked in milk. Mix everything thoroughly until smooth.

2. Spread foil on the table and cut pieces of the desired size. Then place the minced meat on the prepared foil and distribute evenly. The layer thickness should be 1.5 - 2 cm.

3. Place hard-boiled eggs in the middle, in one row. Next, carefully, using foil, lift the minced meat on both sides to the middle above the eggs. Combine the minced meat with your hands. This way the eggs will be in the middle. Then, you need to wrap the resulting rolls in foil.

4. Place the rolls wrapped in foil into the multicooker bowl. Close the lid and turn on the “Baking” mode for 1 hour 10 minutes.

5. After finishing cooking, you need to carefully remove the rolls and let them cool slightly. Then, you need to carefully remove the foil and fry the rolls in butter until golden brown over medium heat.

Another version of holiday meatloaf. Take fresh or frozen champignons, they are best suited for cooking.

Required:

  • Minced meat (prefabricated) – 500 gr.
  • Bulb.
  • Raw egg + 3 for filling.
  • Sweet paprika, ground pepper, salt.

For filling:

  • Mushrooms – 300 gr.
  • Onion - small head.
  • Pitted olives - 10 pcs.
  • Sunflower oil - a tablespoon.

Cooking:

  1. The day before, hard boil the eggs. Cool, chop into small cubes.
  2. Chop the onion intended for the filling into cubes. Sauté in a small amount of oil.
  3. Then add the sliced ​​mushrooms. Continue to cook until the liquid has evaporated and the filling is golden brown. Season with spices as you go. Place in a bowl with the eggs.
  4. Add chopped onion to the minced meat, beat in a raw egg, salt and pepper. Mix the mixture thoroughly.
  5. Oil the foil and spread the minced meat in an even layer. Align to a rectangle.
  6. Cover the meat layer with the filling, smooth it out, leaving the edges empty.
  7. Arrange the olives randomly on top.
  8. Wrap the structure with a roll and secure it. Wrap in foil.
  9. Bake for 50 minutes at 180 o C. After the timer signal, bend the edges of the package. Return to oven and brown for 15 minutes.

How to make chicken rice and egg roll

The appetizer will turn out very juicy, tender, satisfying, and will not get lost on the holiday table, because it looks elegant when cut. Prepared with chopped eggs inside.

You will need:

  • Minced chicken – 1 kg.
  • Eggs – a couple + 6 inside.
  • Milk – 1/3 cup.
  • White bread - 3 slices.
  • Salt, ground pepper.

For filling:

  • Carrots – 2 pcs.
  • Rice, cooked - 5 tablespoons.
  • Butter – 50 gr.

Bake:

  1. In the evening, boil 6 eggs, rice cereal, cool.
  2. On the day of cooking, soak the stale loaf in milk. When the slices are soft, crumble them.
  3. Add bread crumbs to bowl with meat. Beat in 2 raw eggs and season with spices. Mix well.
  4. Chop the carrots into small shavings and place in a frying pan. Splash a drop of water and simmer until it softens.
  5. Mix cooked rice, diced hard-boiled eggs, and stewed carrots in a deep bowl. Season the filling with salt and pepper.

  7. Spread the filling on top, leaving small edges. Cut the butter into small pieces and distribute over the filling.
  8. Roll the flatbread and cover it with foil.
  9. Bake for 40 minutes, preheating the oven to 200 o C. If you want to brown the meatloaf, uncover it and leave for an additional quarter of an hour.

List of required ingredients:

  • Minced chicken - 800 g;
  • Milk - 100 ml;
  • Crumb of white bread - 100 g;
  • Onions - 2 pcs;
  • Champignons - 500 gr;
  • Tomato - 1 piece;
  • Bell pepper - 1 piece;
  • Salt and pepper - to taste.

How to make minced chicken roll:

1. First, you need to prepare the filling. Chop the mushrooms and one onion in any convenient way, and then place them in a heated frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Fry the champignons over medium heat until all the liquid has evaporated. Don't forget to stir periodically.

2. Rinse tomatoes and peppers under running water. Next, cut the tomatoes into small cubes. Remove seeds and stems from the pepper. Then, cut into small strips. If desired, you can only use mushrooms for the filling, then skip this point.

3. Pour milk over the white bread crumb and let stand for 5 minutes. Then, knead thoroughly with your hand and add the resulting mass to the bowl with the minced meat. Next, you need to add one chopped onion, salt and pepper to taste.

4. Spread baking foil on the table. The size of the foil to be cut also depends on the size of the future roll. Since we cook in a slow cooker, it is better to make small rolls. Next, you need to evenly distribute the minced meat on the foil, the layer thickness is about 1 cm.

5. Place mushrooms fried with onions on the meat layer, then tomatoes and peppers. Next, you need to carefully twist the roll and wrap it in foil. This must be done carefully so that the foil does not tear anywhere.

6. Place the wrapped rolls in the multicooker bowl and turn on the “Pie” mode. Cooking in this mode takes 1 hour. After the multicooker has finished operating, the rolls should be carefully removed and allowed to cool slightly.

7. Remove the foil from the finished rolls and place them on a pan greased with vegetable oil. Gently fry on both sides over medium heat until golden brown. If desired, you can skip this point.   • Bulb.
  • Loaf – 2 pieces.
  • Milk.
  • Egg for minced meat.
  • Pepper, salt.

Filling:

  • Eggs – 5 pcs.
  • Carrot.
  • Bell pepper – ½ pc.
  • Vegetable oil - spoon.
  • Dill - a couple of sprigs.
  • Cranberries - several berries.

How to bake:

  1. Boil carrots and eggs for filling in advance. Soak the stale loaf.
  2. Add a raw egg, crumbled loaf, chopped onion, salt and pepper to the meat mixture. Knead.
  3. Cut the carrots and the pulp of half a sweet pepper into long strips. Chop the dill.
  4. Place the minced meat on cling film in the shape of a rectangular cake. Place sliced ​​carrots and peppers in the middle. Sprinkle herbs on top.
