Step-by-step preparation

  1. First, heat the kettle, pour the rice into a small saucepan and fill it with boiling water in a ratio of 1:2, that is, you will need 3 cups of water. Leave covered for 15 minutes.

  2. In the meantime, wash the meat under running water, dry it with a paper towel or cloth, cut into small pieces (to fit the neck of the meat grinder). Peel the onion and garlic. Grind these ingredients using a medium-mesh mesh.
