Tired of regular cutlets? Try changing the ingredients of this dish a little, and you will discover new tastes of cutlets. A recipe for minced meat cutlets without bread will help you with this.
Cutlets without bread - general cooking principles
The basis of the dish can be any meat or fish.
We begin work by preparing minced meat. Meat or fish slices can be chopped using a blender or meat grinder. If you simply cut them into small pieces, the dish will also turn out delicious.
To make the cutlets juicy, but less high in calories, we use zucchini, zucchini, potatoes, and pumpkin.
It is appropriate to add onion, garlic, and egg to the dish. Fresh herbs such as spinach, parsley, arugula, and dill will greatly enhance the taste of cutlets without bread. It wouldn’t hurt to add semolina and starch to the minced meat.
In addition to salt and pepper, thyme, tarragon and rosemary are added to the cutlets. Any vegetable seasoning is suitable.
All components of the minced meat must be mixed very thoroughly. Everyone chooses the size and shape of the cutlets themselves.
Before cooking, they can be rolled in starch, chopped nuts, sprinkled with cheese, or left unbreaded.
The dish is prepared in a frying pan, in the oven or in a steamer. Any vegetable oil is used during the frying process. And if the cutlets are baked in the oven, then you need to soak the baking paper with oil or grease the baking sheet.
As a rule, the dish is fried on both sides for several minutes.
Garnish for the cutlets are vegetables, green salads, and durum wheat pasta.
