Cutlets “Tender taste”

The number of different recipes for making turkey fillet cutlets is perhaps countless. And each housewife adds her own special ingredient, which makes her dish the most delicious and unique.

We offer you a simple but original way to prepare chopped cutlets. In just half an hour you can prepare a complete, satisfying meal for the whole family.

Ingredients:

  • fresh frozen turkey loin – 300 g;
  • seasonings, salt;
  • selected chicken egg - one piece;
  • table starch - one table. spoon;
  • onion - one head;
  • garlic - a couple of cloves;
  • processed cheese – three pieces;
  • mayonnaise - two tables. spoons.

Preparation:

  1. If necessary, remove the turkey fillet from the freezer in advance and leave it to naturally thaw for several hours.
  2. Then we clean the surface from the film and remove the fatty layer. Rinse thoroughly with water and dry with paper towels.
  3. Cut the fillet into small cubes. You need to chop the turkey as finely as possible.
  4. Transfer the resulting mass into a bowl.

  5. We also finely chop the peeled onion with a knife. By the way, the more onions you add to the minced meat, the more flavorful and juicy the cutlets will be.

  6. Add chopped onion to the minced meat.
  7. Next we need melted cream cheese and mayonnaise.

  8. Place these components into a bowl.

  9. Mix thoroughly so that the mass acquires a homogeneous consistency. If necessary, grate the processed cheese on a finely perforated grater. To make this easier, keep the product in the freezer for a few minutes.

  10. Grind the garlic cloves through a press. Add to the minced meat.

  11. We also add the prepared sauce, raw chicken egg, salt, seasonings and table starch.

  12. Mix all ingredients until smooth.

  13. Pour refined, odorless vegetable oil into the frying pan. Heat it thoroughly over moderate heat.
  14. It’s inconvenient to make chopped cutlets by hand, so we’ll use a tablespoon.
  15. Spoon the minced meat into the heated oil, forming cutlets.
  16. Fry them on each side for 7-8 minutes. We focus on the appearance of a golden crust.

How to cook Juicy Turkey Cutlets

So, peel the potatoes and onions. You can use ready-made minced meat, but I prefer to make it myself, so I grind the turkey fillet through a meat grinder.

Cut the onion into large pieces and also pass through a meat grinder. Three raw potatoes on a medium or fine grater and add to the minced meat. Now pour in half a glass of water, salt and pepper and mix everything thoroughly. Then the minced meat needs to be beaten thoroughly, this determines how airy and soft the cutlets are.

We wet our hands under water and start making cutlets. Place the finished cutlets on a cutting board and place in the refrigerator for 30-40 minutes.

After half an hour, pour vegetable oil into the frying pan and put on fire. Fry the cutlets in a frying pan on both sides until golden brown.

Then reduce the heat and cover the frying pan with a lid, simmer the cutlets for a few more minutes over low heat. Now our juicy cutlets are ready, and we can serve them with any side dish.

Cooking method:

1. We take the meat from the turkey thigh, since the cutlets from the breast are a bit dry. We wash and cut the meat into pieces.

2. We grind it in a meat grinder along with the peeled and washed onion.

3. Drive an egg into the resulting minced meat, pour in milk (or boiled water), season with pepper and salt. Mix everything well and beat it a little. Let the minced meat ripen a little, leave it on the table for 20 minutes.

4. We make round cutlets. Now grease the plant with oil. baking dish and put our creations there. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees, place a frying pan with cutlets in it and bake them for 30-40 minutes. Done, you can serve.
