- Use wet fingers to form neat oval small pieces from the resulting minced meat. Each one will need to be first thickly sprinkled with flour on both sides (be sure to shake off the excess), and then dipped in a beaten egg.
The meatballs will fry in hot fat for about 6-7 minutes on one side and 4-5 minutes on the other. The main thing is not to cook the treat for too long, so as not to dry out the meat preparations.

Add a clove of garlic, peeled and cut into several pieces, and an onion, peeled and cut into 4 pieces (or smaller) into the bowl. And now we grind everything together.
Place the crushed mass in a bowl, add salt and pepper and add 2 tablespoons of sour cream. Mix well until smooth.

Place butter in the multicooker bowl and turn on the “Frying” program. Place the onion in the heated oil and fry for 6-7 minutes.

Ingredients:
- Chicken fillet – 500 grams
- Cheese - 300 grams
- Onion – 150 grams
