Ingredients:

In order not to be late with refueling, we start with it. Place a frying pan with oil until it heats up over medium heat, chop the onion, add, and sauté for 5-6 minutes. Add carrots and continue for another 3-4 minutes.

The water in the pan slowly boils, and we quickly peel and cut the potatoes into cubes. And put it in when the water has boiled. Add bay leaf, pepper, salt. Cook over low heat, with a lid.

Cut the sausage into small cubes. Add to the pan with vegetables, fry for 2-4 minutes.

Meanwhile, the potatoes are almost ready, pour the vermicelli into the pan.

  • doctor's sausage - 200-300 g;
  • onion - 1 piece;
  • carrots - 1 piece;
  • instant noodles - 1 piece;
  • potatoes - 4 pcs;
  • vegetable oil - 2 tablespoons;
  • salt - to taste;
  • bay leaf - 3 pcs

I turn on the multicooker to the “Own recipe” mode, pour a little odorless vegetable oil into the bowl. Meanwhile, I cut a small piece of doctor’s sausage into strips

and send it to fry in already heated oil.

Cut the onion head into small cubes

  • short vermicelli – 3 handfuls;
  • boiled sausage – 100-150 gr.;
  • onion – 1 pc.;
  • salt - to taste;
  • chicken seasoning;
  • vegetable oil;
  • processed cheese – 2 pcs.;
  • bell pepper – 1 pc.;
  • greenery.

Cooking process:

Place diced potatoes into boiling water. Cook for 10 minutes, adding chicken seasoning, salt and bay leaf.

At this time, fry onions, bell peppers and carrots in a frying pan, adding vegetable oil. In a separate pan, fry the diced boiled sausage.

Add fried sausage and vegetables to the soup. Let the soup boil and add vermicelli. Cook until vermicelli is ready.

A few minutes before the end of cooking, add grated processed cheese to the soup. Stir the soup until the cheeses are completely dissolved.

Add chopped herbs to the finished soup. Serve the soup hot, pour into bowls.

Preparation:

  1. Fill the chicken soup set with water, add salt, pepper and simmer over low heat for about an hour.
  2. Add chopped potatoes to the prepared broth.
  3. Fry chopped onions and carrots with sausage until browned in olive oil. Then add tomato juice and simmer under the lid for 8 - 9 minutes. Add spices and salt to taste
  4. Transfer the mixture from the frying pan into the prepared broth with softened potatoes. Cook the soup for 10 – 12 minutes.
  5. Add canned beans without liquid and add salt to the treat if necessary. Immediately turn it off and leave it to brew for a quarter of an hour.

Serve with sour cream and chopped green onions.

Tomato soup with sausage

Ingredients:

  • 2 potatoes;
  • onions and carrots (1 pc.);
  • 4 small tomatoes;
  • 4 smoked sausages;
