While the peppers are roasting, I add ground black pepper to taste. When the moisture has disappeared, add the sausage to the frying pan and fry it until it becomes golden brown. Peppers and sausage must be fried over high heat, stirring constantly so that they fry and do not cook. As soon as they are fried, transfer the peppers and sausage to a flat plate so that they cool faster.
How to make delicious pizza with cheese and mayonnaise from thick pita bread
Those who like a more fluffy pizza with a soft base can prepare it the “lazy” way, using thick pita bread. You can buy it in the bread section of the supermarket. It should be noted that it is prepared much easier and faster than usual, from raw dough
First of all, you don't need to knead the dough. Secondly, the pita bread is already ready to eat, so the pizza bakes faster - just wait for the cheese to melt.
Ingredients:
- One thick pita bread
- Medium tomato
- Sausage or smoked meat to taste
- Mayonnaise and ketchup to taste
- Onion
- Hard cheese – approximately 150-200 grams
Preparation:
Mix mayonnaise and ketchup in equal proportions, 50/50. If you wish, you can add grated garlic here. Coat the top of the pita bread with the resulting mixture. Transfer to a baking sheet lined with parchment. Leave it like this for about 10 minutes so that the sauce slightly saturates the bread.

If the cheese-garlic sauce is not sour enough, that is, bland, you can add a couple of tbsp. spoons of lemon juice. First add one spoon, stir and try, if you like it, leave it as is. If it remains bland, add another spoon.
Place one sheet of pita bread on the table and spread half of the sauce on it. Spread the sauce over the pita bread. Then spread the sausage and pepper filling evenly. Sprinkle all this with finely chopped parsley. And now we roll the pita bread into a tight roll. We roll it carefully so that the pita bread does not tear when folding. Wrap the finished lavash roll in cling film and place in the refrigerator for 1 hour. During this time, the lavash roll with sausage will cool well, infuse and soak. After an hour, take the roll out of the refrigerator and cut into slices approximately 1.5-2 cm wide.
