Add potatoes and rice to salted water. Fry carrots and onions in oil and add to the broth. Cook for 10 minutes and add finely chopped salmon.

French cheese soup with melted cheese and turkey

An easy, healthy turkey cheese soup you can't resist!

Ingredients:

  • Turkey fillet – 0.5 kg.
  • Processed cheese – 200 gr.
  • Potatoes – 400 gr.
  • Onion – 150 gr.
  • Carrots – 180 gr
  • Butter – 60 gr.
  • Vegetable oil – 15 gr.
  • Salt and ground black pepper - to taste.
  • Parsley and dill - to taste.
  • Bay leaf – 2-3 pcs.
  • Allspice peas – 4-5 pcs.
  • Black peppercorns – 4-5 pcs.

Cooking process:

  1. Place the poultry meat in a three-liter saucepan and add water. It is advisable to first remove the meat from the refrigerator and bring it to room temperature - this way the cooking process will take less time and the meat will cook more evenly.
  2. When the broth boils, add a couple of allspice and black peppercorns and a bay leaf. At this stage you can add salt to the soup.
  3. Cook from boiling point for 20 minutes. Then remove the meat.
  4. Peel the potatoes and onions, cut into small cubes. Grate the carrots.
  5. Cut the turkey meat into small pieces - 1-1.5 cm.
  6. Cut the processed cheese into cubes or grate on a coarse grater.
  7. Add potatoes to boiling broth. Boil and cook for another 5 - 7 minutes until done.
  8. While the potatoes are cooking, fry the carrots and onions.
  9. Melt a piece of butter in a frying pan with a small addition of vegetable oil so that the butter does not burn. Fry the onion until translucent and then add the carrots. Lightly add salt and pepper.
  10. Add the roast to the soup and cook for 5 minutes.
  11. Add the chopped meat and cook for another 5 minutes.
  12. Add processed cheese, stir and turn off the heat.
  13. Garnish the finished soup with herbs and serve with croutons.

The soup turns out very rich and tender. Due to its high protein content, this dish can even be considered dietary if you remove the frying in butter from the composition.

Broccoli cheese soup

A very tasty and light soup, its taste is more than original, but you will like it.

Ingredients:

  • Potatoes – 4 pcs.
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Broccoli – 300 g
  • Processed cheese – 2 pcs.

Preparation:

  • Processed cheese 200g
  • Potatoes 3-4 pcs.
  • Carrot 1 pc.
  • Shrimp 200g
  • Cream 10% 100g
  • Greenery
  • Salt

Preparation:

Add processed cheese and cream to boiling water (1.5 l), stir until the cheese is completely dissolved.

Chop the potatoes and add to the broth, cook for 10-15 minutes.

Chop the carrots and also add to the soup.

Add peeled shrimp, salt, bring to a boil and cook for 3 minutes.

Let the soup brew for 25-30 minutes.

Cheese soup with turkey and vegetables

A light and almost dietary soup will warm you up during the cold season and fill the entire apartment with a delicate creamy aroma.

Ingredients:

  • Turkey – 300 g
  • Processed cheese – 2 pcs.
  • Carrots - 1 pc.
  • Onion – 1 pc.
  • Corn - 1 can
  • Cream – 0.5 l
  • Cauliflower – 300 g

Preparation:

Rinse the turkey well and cover with water. Place the pan on the fire and leave for 15 minutes.

Meanwhile, prepare the vegetables.

Peel and chop the onions and carrots. Carrots can be grated. Remove the turkey from the broth and leave to cool.

Let's do the frying. To do this, heat a frying pan with oil and fry the onion first, and then the carrots.

Once the carrots are soft, add the cauliflower florets. Place the entire roast into a pan with broth. Cook the vegetables until half cooked.

Then return the shredded turkey and corn to the soup. Stir and pour in cream. Let the soup boil

Finally, add the cheese and cook the soup until completely dissolved. Add nutmeg and pepper.
