Add seasonings to bowl with meat. I usually put it on the eye, I can add chicken seasonings, I like the variety of spices. But don't overdo it, everything is good in moderation.

Beat eggs in a bowl.

Send mayonnaise there too. Mix the contents of the bowl thoroughly.

The last step is adding flour. Do not rush to add the entire amount specified in the recipe at once. Add a spoon, stir, add a little more. Place according to the thickness of the mass.

  1. Cut the fillet into two parts, cover with cling film, beat off the plates (no need to be particularly zealous).
