How to cook delicious chicken cutlets in the oven

Ingredients:

  • Minced chicken – 800 gr
  • onions - 2 pcs
  • milk - 100 ml
  • white bread - 100 gr
  • sour cream - 4 tbsp. l
  • tomato paste - 2 tbsp. l
  • hops-suneli - 2 pinches
  • ground paprika - 2 pinches
  • salt and ground black pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:

Soak white bread in milk and pass it through a meat grinder, after which we squeeze the milk out of it.

Peel the onion, cut into medium pieces and pass through a meat grinder.

Then combine the minced chicken with bread, onions and add salt and pepper. Mix well with your hands and beat, throwing it forcefully into the bowl.

Now grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil, wet your hands in water and begin to form neat cutlets. Place them on a baking sheet so that there is a small gap between them, about 0.5 cm.

And place the baking sheet in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 20-25 minutes. In the meantime, we'll make the sauce for the cutlets. And to do this, mix sour cream with tomato paste in a bowl, add paprika and suneli hops. The resulting sauce should not be thick, otherwise in this case you need to add a little water.

Remove the pan with the cutlets from the oven, pour the sauce over them and bake for another 20 minutes until done.

Minced chicken cutlets with cheese

Ingredients:

  • Chicken breast – 500 g
  • loaf - 200 gr
  • warm milk - 1/2 cup
  • butter - 6 tbsp. l
  • breadcrumbs - 0.5 cups
  • garlic - 1 clove
  • salt and pepper - to taste.

Cooking method:

To prepare chicken cutlets with cheese, you first need to pour warm milk over the loaf so that it is completely soaked.

Meanwhile, we pass the chicken meat, garlic and soaked loaf through a meat grinder. Salt, pepper and mix thoroughly.

Next, you need to take the minced meat in your hand, knead it, put a piece of cheese into it and form a cutlet. We do the same with the rest of the minced meat.

Roll them in breadcrumbs. Place the frying pan on the fire, melt the butter and fry on each side for three minutes.

Then transfer the cutlets to a baking sheet and place in an oven preheated to 180 degrees for 15 minutes until cooked.

Cooking steps:

  1. Minced chicken fillet for “Tenderness” cutlets can be prepared in advance, but can be stored in the refrigerator for no more than 2 days.
  2. Wash the chicken fillet, dry it with a towel, cut into small cubes.
  3. Peel the onion and chop finely, do the same with the dill.
  4. The cheese can be grated or chopped with a knife.
  5. Combine chicken, cheese, onion, dill, sour cream and starch, sprinkle with spices and mix, then put in the refrigerator for half an hour.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan. Take the minced meat from the bowl with a spoon, place it in a frying pan, lightly fry on each side, then turn over and brown on the other.
  7. After this, cover the cutlets, reduce the heat on the stove and fry under the lid.

Heat the oil in a suitable frying pan (you can use a mixture of oils - half vegetable, half butter). Take the minced meat with a spoon and place portions in a hot frying pan, fry until the cutlets acquire a beautiful golden brown crust on both sides. Then cover, reduce the flame and cook under the lid until cooked.

Ingredients:

  • Minced chicken – 500 gr
  • egg - 1 pc.
  • instant oatmeal - 1/2 cup
  • milk (water) - 1/2 cup
  • onion - 1 piece

  • paprika - a pinch

Cooking method:

In a deep bowl, combine the egg with milk and add oatmeal there. Stir and leave for half an hour.
