Potatoes baked with bacon in foil will harmoniously diversify your family menu. This dish is prepared easily and quickly from a minimal set of available ingredients.

Ingredients:

  • potato root vegetables – 0.5 kg;
  • bacon – 0.2 kg;
  • zucchini;
  • garlic cloves – 2-3 pieces;
  • unflavored vegetable oil – 2 tablespoons. spoons;
  • salt;
  • seasonings;
  • sprigs of dill.

Advice! Young potatoes are most suitable for preparing this dish.

Preparation:

  1. Wash the zucchini and dry it. Chop them into thin circles.
  2. Salt the zucchini, stir and leave for fifteen minutes.
  3. Then salt the released liquid.
  4. Wash the potatoes (if you have young ones) with a brush and dry them. If the root vegetables are “old”, we will clean them.
  5. Cut the potatoes into thin circles.

  6. Cut the bacon into thin slices.
  7. Grease the mold with oil and place the first layer of zucchini in it.
  8. Then distribute the bacon pieces.

  9. Peel and cut the garlic cloves into slices.
  10. Let's put them in the form.
  11. Now distribute the potato slices.
  12. Salt everything and sprinkle with seasonings.
  13. Cover the pan tightly with a sheet of foil.
  14. Bake the potatoes for twenty minutes at a temperature of 190 degrees.

  15. Then, carefully, so as not to get burned, remove the foil. Let's continue cooking the dish for another twenty minutes.
  16. Sprinkle it with chopped dill. Ready!

Potato roses

  7. When the potatoes are baked, take them out and cut off the so-called cap.
  8. Using a spoon, scrape out the pulp.

  9. Mash the potato mass (which we peeled) with a fork and combine with sour cream.
  10. Add soft butter and sauteed onion, as well as salt.
  11. Let's grate the cheese.
  12. Add half the cheese mass to the filling. Mix everything well.

  13. Fill the potato blanks with the prepared filling.
  14. Sprinkle them with bacon and then the remaining cheese mixture.

  15. Bake the dish for fifteen minutes.
  16. Sprinkle it with the green part of the onion. Ready!

  4. Cut the cheese into thin slices.
  5. Divide the total number of potato preparations in half.
  6. Cover one part with cheese slices.

  7. Cover the preparations with potato halves.

  8. Cut the bacon into thin strips. We wrap the potato blanks with it.

  9. Line a baking sheet or fireproof pan with a sheet of parchment paper.
  10. Place the potatoes in the bacon.
  11. Cut the butter into thin slices.
  12. Place a slab of butter on top of the blanks.

  13. Cover the baking sheet with a sheet of foil.
  14. We send the potatoes to the oven, heated to two hundred degrees.
  15. Bake the dish for half an hour. To allow the bacon to brown, remove the foil about ten minutes before the end of the cooking process.
  16. Sprinkle the potatoes with chopped herbs before serving. Ready!
