For a simple recipe for baking chicken fillet you will use:
- 250 g chicken fillet;
- 10 ml soy sauce;
- 5 ml vegetable oil;
- 10 g mustard beans;
- 10-12 g garlic;
- 3 g spices (seasonings) for chicken;
- 3 g salt.
The total cooking time is 90 minutes, including 30-35 minutes of baking in the oven.
The calorie content of meat prepared in this way is 120.6 kcal/100 g.
So, how to deliciously bake chicken breast in the oven:
- You should start by preparing the meat. Wash the fillet, cooled or defrosted naturally, and wipe off excess moisture with a paper towel. If there are films and fat, they must be carefully cut off;
- Then take a deep plate (bowl), transfer the meat into it, sprinkle it on all sides with salt and spices. Then pour in soy sauce and coat with mustard grains and crushed garlic using a press;
- Cover the surface of the plate with cling film and leave the breast to marinate for 30-40 minutes at room temperature;
- Place the marinated fillet on a baking dish greased with vegetable oil, which should also be sprinkled with vegetable oil on top;
- Place the meat in the oven to bake for 30-35 minutes (temperature 180-200 degrees). This time is enough for the fillet to bake but remain juicy.

✔ 1 Prepare a marinade for the breast, I usually use soy sauce, vegetable oil, salt, pepper and garlic.
✔ 2 You can rub the meat with salt, pepper and grease with vegetable oil on all sides, this will make the chicken fillet juicier.
✔ 3 Marinate the meat for 20 to 30 minutes, you can leave it longer, about 1 hour, then the fillet will be even tastier. 20 minutes is the recommended minimum and is quite enough.
✔ 4 Be sure to pat the breast dry using a paper towel and remove any remaining garlic as the garlic burns when the breast is fried. The garlic has already given up its taste and aroma to the breast, so it is of no use.
✔ 5 To ensure that the chicken breast is juicy and tender, I bake it in the oven in foil. I wrap it tightly in foil so that the liquid does not leak onto the baking sheet.
✔ 6 Bake the breast in a preheated oven for no more than 20-25 minutes; if the fillet is large, you can leave it for 30 minutes. But do not bake the breast for more than 30 minutes, otherwise the meat will be tough.

- Use chilled chicken fillet, not frozen, otherwise the meat will be dry.
- Be sure to marinate the meat or rub it with spices and leave it for a certain time.
- You can marinate in the refrigerator if the meat is marinated for about 1 hour.
- To keep the meat juicy, first fry and then bake the breast in foil or a sleeve.
- If you are preparing meat for dietary purposes, you do not need to fry the breast in a frying pan.
- The foil or sleeve allows the juice to remain inside without evaporating, thereby making the chicken breast juicy.
- Do not exceed the cooking time for the breasts.
Dietary baked chicken breast in foil in the oven
The main mistake that an inexperienced housewife can make when baking chicken breast is over-dried meat. Food-grade aluminum foil will help prevent such an oversight, which will not only protect the fillet from the heat in the oven, but will also allow you not to lose the juices and be additionally saturated with marinade.
Chicken cooked this way turns out tender and juicy.
To bake chicken meat in foil you need to take:
- 600 g chicken breast;
- 20 ml olive oil;
- 40 ml soy sauce;
- 16 g garlic.
The cooking process will take a total of 75-80 minutes.
The calorie content of 100 g of cooked meat will be equal to 138.2 kcal.
Baking sequence:
- You need to carefully remove the skin from the breast; if you wish, you can separate the bone, but this is not necessary. Wash the meat and blot off excess moisture;
- Transfer the breast to a deep bowl for subsequent marinating, pour over soy sauce, olive oil and grate with chopped garlic. If desired, you can add other spices. Leave the meat in the marinade for half an hour, turning it occasionally;
- Cut a piece of foil so that you can form it into something like a bowl. Place the breast on it carefully, being careful not to tear the foil, pour out the marinade and cover with another piece of foil on top, folding its edges into an envelope;
- Bake at 220 degrees for 30-40 minutes. This is the average roasting time, but may require less or more depending on the size of the piece of meat.

Chicken breast in honey-soy sauce - an interesting recipe
Ingredients:
- Chicken breast
- Honey 1 tbsp. spoon
- Vegetable oil 1-2 tbsp. spoons
- Soy sauce - 2 tbsp. spoons
- Salt and pepper
The recipe is identical to the first one, only without garlic and with honey. The breast has a slightly sweet taste. As for spices, you can add not only salt and pepper, but also dry herbs or chicken spices, if desired.
The principle is the same as in the first recipe, marinate the breast for 20 minutes.
For the marinade, mix vegetable oil, soy sauce, honey, spices and salt.
Then I fry the breast on both sides and place it on foil. I wrap it in foil and put the meat in the oven for 25 minutes.

- Prepare the breast: wash, dry with a towel and pound a little, salt and roll in chicken seasoning;

- 35 ml vegetable oil;
- 80 g mayonnaise;
- 8 g garlic;

It is necessary to bake chicken fillet with eggplants for half an hour, but due to the need to prepare vegetables and meat, the total time spent on preparing the dish will be about 1 hour.

- First you need to prepare the eggplants: cut off the stem and the opposite edge of the fruit so that you can cut it into rectangular plates. The thickness of such plates should be approximately 5 mm. Sprinkle the sliced eggplants with salt for 30-40 minutes;
- Cut each prepared chicken fillet into two plates, beat a little and roll in salt and spices;
- Drain the resulting liquid from the eggplants. Fry the vegetables with a small amount of vegetable oil until lightly browned; there is no need to make them soft;

It is very easy to spoil the breast during the heat treatment process. The result of this will be dry and tasteless food that you will have to grind with your teeth, but not enjoy it in any way. The breast does not tolerate prolonged heat treatment, so neither bake nor boil it for too long.

Marinade

In addition to the main ingredient, herbs and spices are used. These products are necessary to give the finished dish a spicy aroma and taste. You can take any greens. But when using spices you need to be extremely careful. If the spices contain salt, then there is no need to add additional salt to the dish. Over-salted food is not only tasteless, it is also harmful to health.
Cooking process
The breast, washed in running water and dried, must first be marinated. We use any of the above marinade. The duration of the marinating process is about 30 minutes for vinegar and 1 hour for other marinades. It’s okay if the breast is marinated longer.
Preparation:
- heat the oven;
- transfer the marinated meat to a wire rack or place on a baking sheet;
- bake the dish for about 30 minutes;
- The readiness of chicken meat can be checked as follows - make a small cut on the surface of the breast; if the meat is pink, then it still needs to be baked; the white color of the meat indicates that the dish is fully cooked;
- After cooking, it is recommended to leave the dish in the oven for another 5-10 minutes (the heating must be turned off);
- After this, remove the dish from the oven and serve.
Zucchini with chicken breast baked in the oven
Zucchini baked with chicken breast is a dietary dish that will help diversify the menu of a person on a diet. But if it is difficult to immediately switch to such light food, then you can sprinkle the breast with hard cheese before baking, which will give the finished dish a beautiful, appetizing crust and, accordingly, add calories.
To bake chicken meat this way you will need:
- 500 g chicken breast;
- 500 g zucchini;
- 100 g sour cream;
- 20 ml sunflower oil;
- salt and spices (cukerma, ground black pepper) to taste.
The cooking time for the dish will be no more than 50 minutes.
The calorie content of every 100 grams of serving is 91.8 kilocalories.
Preparation:
- Cut washed zucchini without stalks into circles, semi-circles, strips or cubes, but not thicker than 1 cm. There is no need to salt them, the salt from the breast is enough for them;
- If the fillet is large, cut into slices. Beat with a kitchen hammer and sprinkle generously with salt and spices;
- Grease the bottom of the mold with oil, place the zucchini on it, and coat the chicken meat with sour cream on top;
