How do you start preparing minced chicken cutlets with gravy? White bread is crushed into crumbs. It is most convenient to take already dried pieces rather than fresh bread. A chicken egg is added to it.
Peel and chop the onion and garlic finely, add vegetables to the minced meat, and add your favorite spices. Mix the minced chicken and onion thoroughly. Add the bread and egg mixture and mix again.
Cutlets are formed from minced meat. Roll each one in breadcrumbs. Fry the cutlets on both sides until a crust forms. If necessary, add vegetable oil.

If you want to make the gravy for cutlets thicker, add 2 tbsp. spoons of flour into the gravy. 2 tbsp. Dilute tablespoons of flour in half a glass of water and mix well so that there are no lumps.
Pour in the flour and water at the end of cooking the cutlets, let simmer for another 5-7 minutes. The gravy will be thicker due to the flour. I don't add flour.

I defrost the ground beef. I peel the onions and carrots. I also add 1 clove of garlic for flavor; it doesn’t give much flavor, but the aroma is amazing (you can do without garlic, or add more if you wish).
