Step 5. So, the zucchini is ready. The cheese is shredded. It remains to mix the remaining ingredients so that the minced meat becomes tasty and juicy. This is what we will do now.
Step 6. Mix together the minced meat and fried vegetables. Add finely chopped herbs and sour cream to them. Mix everything. And let's move on to putting the delicious dressing into the squash boats.

There are many ways to bake zucchini in the oven deliciously and quickly. There are a huge number of recipes, but for beginners it is better to choose simpler variations. For example, noodles made from these vegetables are suitable. It is very easy to make, and the result is wonderful. These noodles contain neither fast carbohydrates nor gluten, which will certainly be appreciated by supporters of proper nutrition.
To make the dish more rich, you should prepare marinara sauce, which is tasty and aromatic. So, you will need:
- 2 l. Art. olive oil;
- half a cup of diced white onion;
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled and minced (or grated);
- 840 grams of juicy tomatoes, diced;
- 2 l. Art. tomato paste;
- half a cup of coarsely chopped basil leaves (fresh), loosely folded;
- one and a half liters h. coarse salt;
- quarter liter h. black pepper;
- 1/8 l. tsp crushed red pepper flakes (or a pinch of cayenne pepper);
- 2 large zucchini, cut into noodles;
- fresh grated parmesan cheese.
